"Now you can go rest in your room. You can come shopping with me when I wake up to buy new clothes." Rio informed.

"But—"

"No buts. An employer should take care of their employees. I order you to go take a rest in the room I marked on your bracelet." Rio said with a straight face.

Mahiru stopped arguing and picked up her duffel bag from the sofa. She looked at Lex with embarrassment visible on her face and walked away.

'How did she know that I wanted new clothes…' That was the last thought inside her mind as she walked away.

Once Mahiru was out of his eyesight, Lex got up from the sofa and stood in front of Rio. He wrapped his hands around her waist and lifted her up.

"Shall we continue what we were about to do before Mahiru appeared?"

"What do you think my answer will be?" Rio raised an eyebrow.

Instead of replying, Lex pressed his lips over hers and kicked off the ground. He slowly began to levitate in the air.
