Chapter 144: Yugito’s Mortifying Desire to Destroy the World

"What are you doing running out here like this!"

"I haven't agreed to anything yet!"

Hearing Yugito's words, Shishou was completely bewildered.

Came out here?

Agreed to what?

Girl, why are you blushing?

I don't remember doing anything to you.

A confused Shishou turned to look at Killer Bee in the distance, who was also wearing a bewildered expression.

Inside Yugito, Matatabi closed her eyes in exasperation.

How embarrassing!

Yugito's true inner demon was the phantom of Shishou she saw in the Falls of Truth, someone who knew her inside out, and before long, she was being 'conquered' by 'Shishou'.

Yugito had been hesitating about accepting Shishou as her boyfriend when the real Shishou appeared next to her, causing her reaction.

To Matatabi, Yugito's so-called training to dispel her inner demon was just her playing out a romance with her imagined Shishou.

After being subdued by Shishou's overwhelming and ambiguously intimate methods, his image had taken root in Yugito's heart.

The prouder one is of their own strength, the easier they are to submit to an overwhelmingly powerful figure.

Yugito was no exception, even if she didn't admit it.

"Yugito, the person before you is real, not the one you see in the waterfall."

"He just used Wood Release to make Killer Bee surrender. You'd better follow his example and behave," Matatabi advised from within Yugito.

Even the Eight-Tails advised Killer Bee to surrender, so naturally, Matatabi followed suit.

In a flash, Yugito realized what was happening.

Her recent behavior flooded her with embarrassment and shame.

"Yugito, what did you mean by 'haven't agreed yet'?" Killer Bee asked curiously, his eyes burning with gossip.

Yugito's face turned crimson, spreading to her ears, filled with shame, anger, and humiliation.

"It's all your fault!" Yugito screamed at Shishou, instantly transforming into her tailed beast form and lunging at him.

Feeling mortified and wanting to destroy the world, she charged.

"What did I do?"

Still baffled, Shishou evaded her attack and led her away from the area.

Killer Bee, seeing Shishou leave, tried to escape quietly, only to be blocked by a massive wooden dragon, atop which stood one of Shishou's clones.

"When did he create a clone?" Killer Bee muttered, staying put obediently.

Elsewhere, Shishou, once a safe distance away, stopped and turned to face the enraged Yugito.

"Miss Yugito, if you attack me again, I won't be so kind."

But in her tailed beast form, Yugito ignored his words and lunged at him again.

"Seems like you need some discipline!" Shishou said, dodging her attack and tapping her back.

With a puff, Yugito's chakra was swiftly devoured by the Parasitic Insects, forcing her out of her beast form and slamming her into a tree.

Seeing her collapse, Shishou pulled out a rope and tied her into the same cat-like position as before.

"You... you..." Yugito, regaining her senses, glared at Shishou, filled with shame and humiliation.

She was defeated in one move again and bound in that humiliating pose!

"Good girl," Shishou said, crouching to pat her head, smiling.

"Now, Miss Yugito, meow for me."

Yugito's face turned crimson, and she turned her head away.

"Disobedient kittens get punished," Shishou warned, his hand moving lower.

Yugito shivered, her face turning redder, as if about to bleed.

"Miss Yugito!"

Suddenly, they both heard shouts from a distance, clearly from Kumogakure ninja searching for Yugito.

Her face turned deathly pale at the sound.

Frowning, Shishou picked up Yugito and vanished from the spot.

He enjoyed disciplining her but had no intention of humiliating her.

Yugito: "..."

Finding herself in a deserted cave, Yugito looked at Shishou with gratitude.

Maybe he wasn't as awful as she thought.

At least he considered her feelings.

If anyone saw her like this, she'd rather die.

"Miss Yugito, what did you mean by those words earlier?" Shishou asked, untying her.

Weak from having most of her energy devoured by the Parasitic Insects, Yugito could barely move, posing no threat.

Once freed, Yugito dared not resist further and sat quietly.

Hearing Shishou's question, her pale face turned crimson again, and she looked down, remaining silent.

"Don't move.

I mean you no harm."

Seeing Yugito remain silent, Shishou didn't press further and placed his hand on her shoulder.

He needed Matatabi's chakra to help him reach the Six Paths level.

However, he didn't plan to collect tailed beasts to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, as that would cause Kaguya Otsutsuki to revive within him.

Shishou intended to absorb and assimilate tailed beast chakra, awakening their respective bloodlines and gaining their chakra.

By gathering all the tailed beast bloodlines and chakra, reaching the Ten-Tails level chakra, he should be able to step into the Six Paths level.

Entering the Six Paths level required not only the right bloodlines and abilities but also an enormous amount of chakra to use Six Paths-level skills and techniques.

Although Shishou's chakra was approaching 1000 kilo-chakra after awakening Hashirama's power and absorbing Madara's bones, he was still far from the Six Paths level.

This was why Madara, despite awakening the Rinnegan, sought to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki.

"Alright," Yugito muttered, acknowledging her defeat.

She knew she was no match for Shishou and didn't want to provoke him into doing something humiliating again.

Shishou activated his Sharingan, and in the next moment, he appeared in Yugito's mindscape where Matatabi was sealed.

Observing the giant black cat behind the barrier, Shishou curiously studied it.

"You're the Two-Tails?" Shishou asked redundantly.

"I am the Two-Tails," Matatabi responded equally redundantly.

Shishou: "I want to borrow some of your chakra."

Matatabi: "Can I refuse?"

Shishou: "No."

Matatabi: "Then isn't this conversation pointless?"

Unable to fight back or refuse, it had no choice.

Hearing Matatabi's sarcasm, Shishou shrugged and continued, "I need you to keep supplying Yugito with chakra."

Without Matatabi providing chakra to Yugito, Shishou couldn't use his Parasitic Insects to absorb it, unless he unsealed Matatabi and released it from Yugito, which would kill her.

"Understood," Matatabi replied nonchalantly.

Shishou's overwhelming strength, Wood Release, Mangekyo Sharingan, and strange poisonous insects were too much to handle, so Matatabi chose to comply.

Satisfied, Shishou prepared to leave but suddenly remembered something.

"What did Yugito mean by 'haven't agreed yet'?" he asked Matatabi.

"Haha," Matatabi chuckled, ready to spill the beans.

But a blushing Yugito appeared in the mindscape, yelling, "Don't you dare say it!"
