Alexander's mind couldn't even begin to process the surprising things he had seen. Of course, magic and things of the supernatural were a norm, but he had never seen anything like this before.
His fascination and bewilderment were then suddenly cut off as he remembered how he had ended up being shot by an arrow. He had seen Alethea being chased by swordswomen and had gone ahead to take a hit for her without any hesitation, and now that he was thinking about it, he was surprised by his actions.
"Where are they?" He muttered as he looked around, but no one was in sight. "Is she alright?" He couldn't help worrying as the swordswomen has tried to attack Alethea without hesitation. "What if they had shot her when I was unconscious? Did they end up catching her?" He wondered.
As he got up on his feet, he stepped on something, and he looked down to see what it was. It turned out to be the boat tickets he had gotten for him and his mother.
