When he had thought against obtaining the Philosopher's Stone from Hagrid before the start of Hogwarts' 1st year, he had indeed promised a body to Voldemort.
The body he had promised was himself!
However, much had changed since then.
The entire world had taken a different color and shine for the Supreme and his plans.
Kai had gained powers rivaling the greatest main storyline Characters, bringing him to the top of this timeline. There was little he couldn't accomplish by just relying on his strength alone.
And when he did need others, it was to make sure that they served their purpose in the storyline, resulting in him gaining the best possible outcome.

The Dark Lord must have picked up on Black's unhindered bloodlust for he let out a shriek.
The entire chamber echoed the shriek as if a dog was about to be slaughtered.
"Stop crying like a girl about to lose her maidenhood," the Yellow Warlock japed, chuckling. "I always wondered, though. Are you a virgin, Voldemort?"

A wall of Telekinesis caught the ghostly figure, contorting it into the form of a ball. Even though Black couldn't use telekinesis on such ghostly beings, the Master Ability had become efficient enough to solidify the very air like a layer around Voldemort, accomplishing the same.
"You will have a body," Black said, dropping the nonchalance. "A… special one. But we must wait for a few minutes."

Black was about to respond when his eyes lit up with a dull-gray color.
