"Since our companies were merged, we could get to meet people together also." Joshua told her, while she just agreed. Joshua noticed some men staring right at his wife, who was right beside him.

Joshua didn't go over her shoulder immediately.

"Why did you do it?" Claire saw the way that he had after, and it was quite shocking to her. 

"Why did you do that?" She questioned him, and then they both stopped walking and stared right into her eyes.

She wanted to look at him with so much disgust, but she had to fake a smile. "You are really great at acting already." She complimented him again. That would be the second time she would be doing that.

He wasn't sure if that was just an act or if he didn't just like the way people were staring at her like they wanted her. He didn't like the look on their faces.
