The Might of the Celestial Star Palm

Suddenly, a beam of light shot into the sky from the west side of Jinling City. Aodon swung his sword, clashing with the beam in midair, resulting in a powerful explosion.

"Technological weapons?" Aodon sneered. The reason they avoided fighting outside the city was due to fear of these technological weapons. Even this primitive planet possessed technology capable of threatening them, sufficient to produce weapons that posed a threat.

Outside the city, Grani and Lu Yin landed on the ground.

"It's Terrence? This is trouble," Grani exclaimed in surprise.

"Terrence?" Lu Yin questioned.

"One of the top three strongest at the First Military Academy, with a combat power of 2500," Grani said gravely.

Lu Yin's heart sank. "As long as you can hold him off, I'll deal with Aodon as quickly as possible."

"Alright, but we can't take too long," Grani agreed.

Lu Yin nodded and swiftly moved towards Zhong Shan's location.

In the sky, beam after beam of light shot towards Aodon. Impatient, Aodon said, "Wait until I slaughter this native before I come and settle the score with you." With that, he charged towards the ground, sword stabbing towards Zhong Shan.

Zhong Shan gritted his teeth, wielding his giant axe to deflect the blow. While he believed he could contend with Terrence in a one-on-one fight, the addition of Aodon tilted the odds drastically.

Terrence also descended to the ground. Despite his confidence in avoiding attacks from technological weapons, he remained cautious.

As Lu Yin approached the battlefield between Zhong Shan and Aodon, he retrieved a flame crystal and threw it into the sky.

The red crystal was conspicuous, but amidst the ongoing battle between Aodon and Zhong Shan, neither paid it any attention. However, Terrence spotted it instantly, his eyes lighting up with interest. Before he could react to why there was a flame crystal in the sky, a sharp pain struck his back. Reacting swiftly, Terrence's body twisted like a leaf in the wind, narrowly evading Grani's second strike. "It's you?"

Grani remained silent, crushing another flame crystal retrieved from her void ring. Intense flames engulfed the earth as she executed "Flame Palm," projecting flames condensed in her palm, now deeper in color, towards Terrence.

Infuriated, Terrence coughed up blood. "You seek death," he growled. In response, he rapidly shook his right palm, grabbing the air in a technique known as "Wave Palm."

Boom!

Their palms collided, causing shockwaves that swept over a hundred meters, demolishing everything in their path.

Grani staggered back, her face pale. Terrence's Wave Palm was vastly stronger than Lu Yin's. Even with her combat techniques, she struggled to withstand the attack.

Terrence also felt the strain. Flame techniques were inherently powerful and destructive, and Grani had amplified its impact with the flame crystal. This palm strike was no less powerful than his.

"Grani, this is my territory!" Terrence roared.

Grani didn't respond. The reflections of the red crystal on her armor from her void ring shone brightly under the flames.

Terrence gritted his teeth. As the flames spread over his armor, he felt the pressure mounting, exacerbated by his injuries.

Far away, Aodon turned his head in shock. "Grani? What are you doing here?"

Zhong Shan roared, swinging his giant axe fiercely at Aodon, who dared not underestimate the attack. He raised his sword to counter, sweeping through the surrounding earth with formidable force.

Suddenly, Lu Yin struck, swiftly darting to Aodon's side. A palm strike sent star energy rippling out—this was the "Celestial Palm."

Both Aodon and Zhong Shan were caught off guard by Lu Yin's sudden appearance. Aodon was stunned, and Zhong Shan was puzzled. But in the next moment, as Lu Yin's Celestial Palm struck Aodon's chest, he didn't even have time to scream before his heart was shattered, the immense energy piercing through him, crashing into a nearby residential building and reducing it to rubble.

The ground buckled under the immense pressure.

Zhong Shan looked at Lu Yin in astonishment. "You..."

Lu Yin turned, sweeping his leg towards Zhong Shan, speaking quietly with his back to Grani and Terrence. "Attack me."

Zhong Shan hesitated briefly but launched an attack nonetheless, unleashing a fierce storm slash.

Using the momentum of Zhong Shan's axe swing, Lu Yin was flung towards the battlefield between Grani and Terrence.

Boom!

The violent shockwave reverberated into the distance. Grani's face turned ashen. Her right palm trembled as Terrence inflicted serious injuries on her.

Terrence wasn't faring well either. His armor was cracking from the intense flames.

Coincidentally, at that moment, Lu Yin crashed into a wall not far from Terrence, landing heavily.

Terrence looked at Lu Yin and then glanced towards a distance where Aodon lay dead. His expression changed. Just as he was about to say something, Zhong Shan leaped into the air and fled.

"You can't escape!" Terrence leaped after Zhong Shan. With his back turned to Lu Yin, Terrence didn't notice Lu Yin's swift approach. Leveraging the abandoned building, Lu Yin leaped into the air, landing a palm strike squarely on Terrence's back. The Celestial Palm exploded like a star, sending Terrence crashing to the ground, smashing a huge crater into the earth. Lu Yin also suffered from Terrence's counterattack, spitting blood as he was flung back, crashing into another wall. His void ring armor shattered completely, revealing Aosta's ring armor inside.

Grani clutched her arm, walking to the edge of the crater, peering down at the bottom.

Terrence lay sprawled on his back, his face pale, coughing up blood incessantly.

Grani looked in astonishment at Lu Yin. She couldn't fathom how Lu Yin managed to seriously injure Terrence with a single palm strike.

Before she could dwell on it, however, the dying Terrence suddenly opened his eyes, pulling out a peculiar-looking gun from his side and aiming it at Grani. A beam of energy shot out, piercing through Grani's shoulder. In retaliation, Grani swiftly grabbed the gun, firing a shot that pierced through Terrence's shoulder, sending him flying over ten meters away, crashing to the ground, lifeless.

Grani collapsed to the ground, staring in shock at Terrence's lifeless body, a chill running down her spine.

While the Planetary Evolution Trial did not restrict the number of deaths, excessive casualties could provoke backlash. With Aodon and Terrence dead, especially Terrence—a promising top student of the military academy—Grani felt a sense of unease.

Lu Yin, weakened by his severe injuries, approached Grani. "Don't worry. If necessary, I'll ask my grandfather to transfer you to our Tata Academy on the Tata Planet."

Grani stared coldly at Lu Yin. "What was that palm strike you used on Terrence? Even a double Wave Palm wouldn't have been enough to seriously injure him."

"You're overthinking it. He was already injured by you. I just happened to hit the same spot," Lu Yin replied.

Grani clearly didn't believe it. The fact that Lu Yin, a Exploration Realm cultivator, could seriously injure Terrence, with a combat power of 2500, was hard to accept, even as a coincidence.

Suddenly, a shout came from behind. Thinking that Zhong Shan had escaped, Grani instinctively grabbed Lu Yin and pushed him forward. When Zhong Shan saw Lu Yin being pushed out of the way, he quickly changed direction. The axe did not hit Lu Yin but fell to the ground near his ear and Lu Yin was in by

Granny turned pale, enduring intense pain, instinctively kicking towards Lu Yin, sending him flying. She then collapsed beside Tres, while Zhou Shan roared again, swinging his axe towards Granny. Granny grabbed the strange gun near Tres and fired a shot. The beam pierced through Zhou Shan's axe and his shoulder, sending him flying over ten meters away, his fate uncertain as he fell to the ground.

The scene fell silent, with only flames burning on the earth.

Four explorers and one aspiring explorer had shattered half of Jinling, leaving it engulfed in flames. Granny retrieved healing medicine from her Null Ring, swallowing it to recover.

After a few minutes, sounds began to emerge from all around. Granny's face changed as she crawled out of the crater, severely injured with her shoulder pierced by the beam. It was difficult for her to reach Zhou Shan, who lay unconscious, his fate uncertain.

Soon, Feng Hong, Glasses Qin Xuan, and others surrounded the area, glaring at Granny. "Surrender immediately. We can spare your life," Feng Hong demanded.

Granny sneered, "Just you natives? Do you not want this native's life?!" She aimed the gun at Zhou Shan's head.

"Release the Execution Saint!" Feng Hong shouted.

"Back off ten li (5 kilometers), or I'll kill him right away!" Granny sternly threatened.

Feng Hong and the others stared at each other but did not move.

Granny's eyes flashed coldly. She picked up a nearby stone and smashed it hard on Zhou Shan's head. Instantly, blood flowed profusely.

"Stop it! We can step back, but you must treat the Execution Saint, or he's doomed," Feng Hong yelled.

Granny agreed.

Soon, a doctor arrived at Granny and Zhou Shan, examining Zhou Shan's body and providing emergency treatment. It took a full twenty minutes to stop Zhou Shan's bleeding. "The Execution Saint's injuries are too severe. We can't delay; comprehensive treatment must be administered as soon as possible," the doctor said.

Ignoring them, Granny said, "Back off ten li (5 kilometers) immediately. I will leave in three hours. Otherwise, I'll kill this native."
