Anytime Princess

I glanced at Karim, who seemed completely at ease, lounging on the sun-warmed sand with a serene smile playing on his lips. He looked so relaxed, his dark eyes reflecting the golden hues of the setting sun, casting an almost ethereal glow around him. I, on the other hand, was a tempest of emotions. For reasons that eluded me, my feelings were in turmoil, a chaotic whirlwind of jealousy and confusion. I couldn't fathom why I felt this way; after all, I didn't even like Karim romantically. Yet, there it was, a gnawing sensation of jealousy that I couldn't shake off.
