Candice's POV

I told my parents that I would be leaving at dawn today because I had a meeting with the other officials in the region that was assigned to me.

I'm still wondering how things turn out this way. Our whole family was mourning and praying that big sister Kassandra would come home as soon as possible.

She did, and yet her name is Eliza. She's my sister-in-law, and at the same time, she saw us as strangers.

I'm envious of how she clings to Princess Astrid. She saw the princess as her loving sister.

"Is there a problem, princess? You've been frowning for a while now," Belle says.

I let out a long sigh and opened the curtain of this carriage.

"I'm just worried about my sister-in-law's situation. She became amnesiac, and now we're waiting for that enemy to come and force us to take those four from us. I don't want big sister Kassandra to suffer," I explained. She already endured too much from that battle.
