Chapter 5? - Sound of crashing forgiveness.

Irabel watched with sorrow in her heart, as the small orange gem placed professionally within Haiso's heart worked it's way through his skin. The two of them lay inside Irabel's base, each one following a different problem. Irabel had garnered a new found interest in acting like she hated Haiso, and Haiso himself, was on death's doorstep.

Every beat from his chest circulated poisoned blood throughout his arteries. With small luck he had managed to fall asleep, which gave Irabel enough time to replace his HeartPact gem. She scrambled in her hand crafted wooden drawers, frantically grabbing and pushing items around until her fingers wrapped around a small metallic gemstone. "Got it!" She exclaimed, no matter how many times she had to complete this job, it seemed it would get harder every damn time.

She flipped a small flathead screwdriver around her middle finger, then stuck it inside the first pole, which revealed the first window to his beating heart. Floating above his chest was a HeartPact gem replacement device, a wooden frame comprised of six poles which; that when pushed inwards, opened the sealed skin to his heart. The previous HeartPact Gem bounced off the floorboards, so Irabel flew to the remaining poles. It was at this point that Haiso's slow motion heartbeat had reached its limit, because all Irabel could hear, was a demented thumping sound, like the beat of a de-tuned drum.

Crashing. Darkness. Wind. These were it, the only sounds Haiso could make out.

He was laughing to himself, in part with the pain he caused Irabel, but also to the thought of release. He wouldn't never admit it, that the sun, the sky, the water and the paper beaches, it all came down on him.

Hey, genius author here! Sorry these last few chapters have been so sad, I need to set up a few things ok?

"What does that mean?" Said Haiso, causing Senna to flinch wildly.

Ah! Oh, ok, ok ok, Haiso? Is that you?

"Yes! Are you some kind of.. Inside voice? Or something like that?"

I am… An Angel! Here to make sure everything will be ok… And uhh, make sure you are comforted! So that uhmmm..

"Oh, an Angel! Right, sorry I question-"

"Haiso!" Irabel screamed, her arms wrapped around his feeble body, pushing his ribs against each other, as if she meant to break him.

Haiso, blinked a few times, then hugged her back, abit confused, but happy nonetheless. "Ira… Right, Ira, sorry about not telling you sooner, I knew it needed to be replaced.. But you seemed angry and I-"

Irabel squeezed him tighter, "I'm sorry for being such a butt, please tell me next time, so I'll have more time to focus. I can't be left alone here, you know that."
