Kael pulled Hyacinth back when she took a step toward the huge stone doors. It had engravings and drawings on the front door. The large pillars had two large stone guards in protecting the entrance. They stood at ten feet tall with iron armor draped over their lifeless form. They had huge axes in their hand with their heads bowed.
She looked confused. "Don't take a step it's a trap." He said in warning observing the stone guards. " A trap?" She asked and he gave her a disbelieved look.
"Weren't you taught wherever you see stone guards you don't charge in." He said taking a look at their surroundings. The place was surrounded by trees and the dense fog mixed with magic made it hard to see almost giving the place a darker appearance. He couldn't shake off the eerie feeling of impending doom.
