Chapter-30

Hyacinth was taken aback when a familiar brown-haired woman barged into her room. She was shocked when Giselda of all people visited her out of the blue. It made her arch her brow in suspicion. Anytime that woman came into the picture she brought trouble with her- it was like an invisible tag that had latched onto her back.

Giselda moved swiftly and made her way to a seat. Hyacinth gave her a questioningly look. "What do you want here?" Hyacinth finally broke the silence after noticing her nervousness.

Giselda flinched and clasped her palms together before speaking softly. Hyacinth and to make sure it was the same woman who almost picked a fight with her that was speaking. "Would Cassien be okay?" She asked with her gaze down but was met with silence.

"Why don't you ask your father that question since he's the one trying to get rid of him?" Hyacinth asked icily with fire in her eyes. "I have no hand in what my father is trying to do but I can't excuse his actions either."
