First Mission on New Guild
Zakuya, Kazuya, Mami, Kura, Bojii, Arona, and Berrii wait for the others to arrived, so they can proceed with what they going to do. They were the only people in the campus, because the other students don’t have any work to do, so they don’t go to the school.
*Few minutes later*
The others arrived wearing their school uniform.
“Good morning! Everyone!”
Futaba said.
“Good morning, Futaba.”
Zakuya, Kazuya, and Mami said.
After that they start talking to each other about the thing that Kazuya, and their teacher talk about.
“So, you’re telling me that the only guild that we can join, is the weakest guild, and they only have 4 members, because of an attack that wipe 27 of the members?”
Kura repeat what Kazuya said.
“Yeah, that was the information that our teachers said.”
Kazuya responds to Kura.
“But, why?” Kura asked.
“Because they told us making top 1 must be a fluke. That’s why they required us to only join one guild.”
While Kazuya was talking his face becomes irritated.
“Once I’m a Kingdom Protector. I’ll show them that us getting top 1 was not a fluke.”
Kazuya talks with an irritated expression, while clenching his fist.
“Okay, but what about the others?”
Bojii asks, while looking at Kazuya.
“Other?... Top 2 and Top 3?”
Kura respond, while looking at Bojii.
“Top 2 and top 3 were allowed to choose any guild they want.”
Kazuya respond, while looking at Bojii.
“Even the top 4 to top 10?”
Bojii asks, while slightly tilting his head to the left.
“Yes, they were allowed to join any guild they want.”
After hearing what Kazuya said, Kura becomes irritated.
“But, don’t worry we don’t need to do something about test or anything. Were instantly in the guild, unlike top 2 to 10. They need to do something to join the guild they want to join… Anyway, the guild that were joining… has… -50… stars…”
“Negative… fifty… stars?!”
Kura said with shocked tone. Even the others cannot believe how much negative starts they has. Because the more the stars that the guild has is, the more the chance they get in top 1.
“Then that’s our first mission. Take the guild or our guild to the top 1, so we can show that we didn’t win the top 1 by fluke.”
Subaru said, then all of them look at Subaru, and agree.
“So, when are we heading to that guild?”
Kura asked.
“After this meeting.”
Zakuya and the others look at where the voice comes, and then they see their teacher.
“I have a Teleportation scroll here. I wonder if you guys might need this, and I guess I’m right. You guys needed here. Even though we don’t have any work today. But still you guys needed this.”
The teacher approach them, and then she hands Kazuya the teleportation scroll.
“Now you guys need to learn how to use that since I won’t be around with you guys anymore.”
Kazuya nods, and he try to use the teleportation scroll with the knowledge that their teacher told them. Kazuya have a bit of knowledge about the teleportation scroll that’s why he was able to use it. Kazuya throw the teleportation scroll to the ground, and their teacher wave her hand at them, and then a white wall comes up, and they teleport to the guild base.
When the white wall comes down Zakuya, and the others see their guild base. The guild was like a small mansion with the color of grey.
When Zakuya sees the guild base, he said to himself—
“(That base is oddly familiar to me, but I don’t know why.)”
“Welcome.”
Zakuya, and the others see a young man with Sky blue hair, wearing a white polo with white jeans. Who was a bit older than the rest of them.
“He seems depressed.”
Futaba said, with worried tone.
“Of course, he is, remember what Kazuya said.”
Mami respond.
“You guys must be the new recruits. The other recruits have been sent on a mission.”
“There’s other recruits?”
Kura asked Kazuya, which Kazuya respond with just raising his shoulder.
“You guys follow them up.”
While the young guy was talking, he took out a Teleportation scroll, and begin to look where he sent the other recruits.
“W-w-wait! Already?!”
Kazuya said, while signaling the young man to stop. The young man stops, and then look at them, and said—
“This guild was so busy ever since that event happen.”
The young man looks away, and look at them before throwing the teleportation scroll in the middle of them, and then a sky-blue wall come up, and then they get teleported to the location where the young man chooses.
The reason why the wall in the teleportation scroll was different, was because of the one who use it. Basically, if the person magic was color red, the wall that comes out when they use the teleportation scroll was red too.
When the sky-blue wall comes down, they see a destroyed village.
“What happened here…”
Itsuki said.
“Who knows…” Nino said while looking around, with her arm cross under her chest.
“Kura, you and your team go there.”
Kazuya points at south.
“Zakuya, Futaba, and Amber you guys head there.”
Kazuya points at north.
“Subaru, Nino, and Itsuki you guys go there.”
Kazuya points at West.
“And where going this way. Save everyone okay?”
Kazuya points at east, and then he looks at everyone after saying—
“Save everyone okay?”
Everyone agreed, and they head out, and look for a person.
*On Subaru side. *
The three of them continue to walk until they see a person, and his half body was burned.
“Help.”
It says while walking trying to look for a help. Then it falls, but Subaru immediately catch the guy in his hands, and he immediately asked—
“What happened? To you, and to this village?”
“Finally… You guys… Are from kingdom Protector right...”
After talking the guy hold Subaru’s collar before saying—
“Please, help us and our village.”
“We will, I promise. We will save your village, and the people on it.”
The guy let go of Subaru collar as he died on Subaru’s arms. Subaru lay down the guy to the ground, and he stand up clicks his lips before saying—
“Nino, Itsuki let’s go.”
Nino, and Itsuki nods, and they went to investigate further more.
*Where Kazuya, Katsu, Mami, and Koharu is. *
“Hey, Kazuya do you have any idea what happened here?” Mami asked.
“Do I look like I know what happen here? But I’m sure that something happened here were so bad.”
While walking, and talking they suddenly heard something, suddenly Katsu jumps away from where he was standing, then they heard an impact where Katsu was standing earlier. When Katsu lands he immediately gets on his fighting position.
“Tsk.” Katsu clicks his lips, while Kazuya, Mami, and Koharu were looking at him, and then they look where Katsu was earlier. They see a smoke, then the smoke was suddenly blown away, and they see a guy wearing a red armor with scratch in his face, and a face mask.
“You guys must be a Protectors…”
All of them Ignore the guy, and then the guy continues to talk.
“Finally, I’ll have some fun.”
Then the guy on a red armor gets on his fighting position.
*Where Kura, Bojii, Arona, and Berrii is. *
“Something really bad happened here.”
Arona said, while he was on his knee.
“Yeah…”
Berrii respond, and then he looks around, then they heard something.
“What was that?”
Bojii said, as he looks where they hear the sound.
“I don’t know, but prepare yourself just in case.”
After that they suddenly gets attack, luckily, they all jumped away from where they were standing. Then all of them gets on their fighting position as soon as they land on the ground. After that the smoke was blown away, and then they see a large monster with light-purple skin.
“D-D-Don’t t-touch m-my f-f-FRIENDS!!!”
The light purple monster yells as it said—
“FRIENDS.”
After yelling the Monster attack them.
*Where Zakuya, Amber, and Futaba is. *
“(Why, I’m with these two girls?!)”
Zakuya said in his mind as he remembers what Kazuya told him earlier.
The three of them continue to walk, Zakuya was follow Amber, and Futaba. While they were walking Futaba suddenly stop, and told them—
“Hey, you two get you weapon out, I heard something.”
Futaba said in serious tone. After hearing what Futaba said, Zakuya immediately stop, and look at Futaba, and then he suddenly heard people asking for help, and kids crying.
He was so bothered by what Kazuya said that he couldn’t hear the people. So, after that Zakuya took out the sword in his inventory, and he run to get close where the voice was coming from. When he was close Zakuya hides from destroyed house. Meanwhile Amber, and Futaba follows him from behind and then he peek. As he peeks, he sees a lot of people, children, and a 5-person wearing a white hood.
“For the sins that all of you had, being born in this world. Death would be the nicest thing to happen to you all.”
After the person in white hood talk, who sound like a guy, it raised its left hand, and said—
“Now die all you. Flame magic: Raining of Flaming Ball—"
When the guy was about to wave his left hand down, Zakuya kick his feet on the ground, and he dash towards, and he attack the guy.
“What?!”
The guy reacts, as he uses his arms to blocked Zakuya’s sword.
“YOU’RE NOT KILLING THIS INNOCENT PEOPLE!!!”
Zakuya said in high tone, as he holds and pushed his sword towards the guy.
“I see. So, the guy that I burned, managed to call for helps.”
The guy said with happily tone, while smiling.
“What?! Tsk!”
Zakuya clicks his lips, and after he talk, he kicks his feet on the ground, and swings his right feet at the guy in the waist.
The guy was caught off guard, that he release a sound—
“Argh!”
Before he gets blown away. After that Zakuya was attack by 3 more guys wear a hood, but they were wearing black hood.
“Zakuya!” Amber said, as she charged her bow up. But Amber was too late, the 3 guys attacks Zakuya, but something happens, Zakuya managed to dodge the attack of the three guys.
After dodging Zakuya kick, and slash the three guys away from him. After Zakuya dodge, and attack the three guys, he lands on the ground, and look at his body with confused expression.
“Zakuya!”
Amber said, and then Futaba, and Amber follow up, and they went where the people is. Zakuya look at them, and said—
“Futaba! Amber! Protect them!”
“Leave it to us!”
Futaba said with serious tone, then the guy yells saying—
“YOU DARE INTERRUPT ME?!?!?!”
After that the guy cast a spell—
“Flame Magic: Molten lava Piercing arrow!”
Then a lot of molten arrows come out, and surround the guy.
“Do whatever you want, you wouldn’t be able to survive my attack.”
After hearing what the guy said, Zakuya gets back in his fighting position, but his sword was in front of him indicating that Zakuya was on defensive mode.
