'Thank goodness. I don't even know how or when exactly did I became capable of drawing excess energy from nature, but I'm grateful I could do it.'

Lydia inhaled and continued to absorb excess energy.

As she did, she felt better than before.

However, she never regained her full strength because the trees immediately used the energy she was absorbing.

'Just how many more monsters are there?'

'If the trees eliminate all the smaller ones, maybe the bigger one will finally leave…'

'Wait, can't the trees just carry us and run away?'

Lydia waited for several seconds. However, unlike before, the trees did not do what's on her mind.
