A Soul's Journey in the New World

Nahusha's soul was finally liberated from its eternal prison, but his thoughts still lingered on the man who had cast him into this endless dimension. As he arrived in the human realm, he found himself in a peculiar forest unlike any he had seen before. It was a place of haunting beauty, with towering trees and a thick mist that enveloped the surroundings. The air was heavy with an otherworldly presence, and Nahusha could sense the residual energy of ancient spirits that had once roamed these lands.

For an entire year, Nahusha wandered through the forest, desperately attempting to make contact with people, only to be met with constant failure. Unintentionally haunting individuals in his ethereal form, Nahusha longed for conversation, but his lack of a human body frightened those who encountered him. They would flee in terror or try to banish him, their fear amplifying the darkness that still clung to his essence.

He soon discovered that he had stumbled upon the forests of the Kuki Kingdom, where the dominant Zak tribe resided. The Kuki Kingdom was a collective of six major tribes: Ron, Van, Nilse, Tath, Faula, and Zak, with the powerful Faula tribe currently holding sway. Nahusha knew he had to navigate this intricate social landscape if he wanted to find answers.

After losing hope of ever being able to communicate with anyone, Nahusha came across the lifeless body of a young boy who had passed away just a day ago. It seemed likely that the boy had been a runaway slave, succumbing to starvation after consuming poisonous berries. With the boy's soul already departed, Nahusha conceived an idea to inhabit the vacant body. He knew it was a risky endeavor, but he had no other choice.

After several hours of relentless attempts, he successfully transferred his essence into the body of the fifteen-year-old boy. As he opened his eyes, he could feel the warmth of flesh, the beating of a heart, and the breath of life filling his lungs. Although he now inhabited a new vessel, Nahusha retained all his powers and knowledge from his previous life. However, he was completely unaware of the current state of affairs or his whereabouts.

Upon reaching the village of the Zak tribe, he endeavored to communicate with the people, but his efforts were met with hostility. The villagers saw him as an outsider, a threat to their way of life. Suddenly, a heavy stick struck him from behind, followed by a merciless beating from an enraged man. Nahusha's new body writhed in pain, but through the brutal assault, he made a startling realization.

Despite spending centuries trapped in the dark dimension, he discovered that only a hundred years had passed in the human realm. Time operated differently in the dark dimension, where it seemingly held no power. This revelation compelled Nahusha to find the unknown person responsible for his current predicament as soon as possible. If that person could cast him into the dimension, then he must still be alive somewhere. Nahusha yearned to uncover the reason why he had survived and what motives lay behind it.

As the merciless beating rendered the boy unconscious, Nahusha's determination to unravel the mysteries surrounding his existence grew stronger. He knew he had to be cautious, to bide his time and gather information. This new body was his key to survival, a disguise that would allow him to navigate the human realm undetected. He would delve deeper into this new world, driven by the need for answers and the desire to confront the enigmatic figure who had orchestrated his entrapment.
