New technology, new civilians

After spending several weeks on making new devices from skibidi toilet technology to deactivate the villains support items that will help the police and heros of musutafu city, since they have been given the heros and police more trouble trying to arrest them, so ultron decided to make blasters for the police that will temporarily disable the support items from there back or hands, thankfully the system told me that the technology given by the system Can't be made or deactivated, controlled or destroyed but will overheat if it is used to much, only the host can can make the technology or the helpers he made.

After finishing several blasters he took a break and headed towards a huge metal building with a gate that says employees only, on the left of the gate it has a keypad, he put the password to open the gate, when the gate opened it ha a huge room were titan camera man was put, however the head and core are not ready while the 25 scientists camera man and 10 engineers camera man wore making the head and the core.

"How is the progress on titan camera man" Ultron said to the engineer camera that was working on the head of titan camera man.

So far he is 85% complete, it will take at least 2 days to finish building titan camera" the engineer camera man said while ultron nodded.

"Good when he is ready, take him to the testing ground we set up for the other titans" ultron said while turning around and headed back were her came from.

Present time, He thought about getting more people to live in his city, so he bought a advanced bus with 2 stories on it, when he finished buying from the system he headed straight to musutafu city to get homeless people and quirkless people from orphanages, it took him 10 hours to got back and forth dropping them off at his city, when he finished he has 25000 homeless people and 1000 orphans.

After arriving at ultron city the people were shocked at mecha godzilla patrolling the city, when they entered they were amazed at how advanced the city was camping to musutafu city, there were shop's, hotels, and other buildings including hotels, when they arrived at the town hall and exited the bus, they saw 2 speakers in the left and right side with a microphone in the middle, when they were talking to each other ultron went in front of the microphone a spoke.

"Hello everyone and welcome to ultron city, some of you know me some of you don't but, I can assure you that everything is ok why you may ask, because I want you all to live in my city where you are welcomed here any time, there are places like hotels, shops, job centers, you know the details of were people who usually work at" ultron said.

"You will all be given keys on the hotels you will be staying at, also if you want to get a job please head to the camera man is a orange shirt" ultron said. 

"Oh and one more thing you are aloud to go visit your friends or familys who still care for you, that is all" Ultron said.

The people we're happy to not live in the streets were people be mean to homeless and not caring about quirkless people in orphanages.

After adults got there room keys the began looking for jobs, some become doctors, nurse's farmer's, miners, artists, movie directors, furniture makers, restaurants workers, and firefighters.

In musutafu city people began hearing rumors about a city taking in homeless people and quirkless orphans.

The police got into it but for the past week but for the past week they gave up on the search. 

Over 30% homeless were missing or presumably dead but they didn't still yet know about a new city taking homeless and quirkless people including from orphanages.

On the underground base of the chaos agency a secret mecha robot army was being built to Invade musutafu city, but incase it failed they had a radioactive Missile that that can kill thousands.
