After applying sunscreen, Chen Wei and Su Yumei sat under the parasol, watching the waves continuously roll up under the sun, glittering like sapphire.
Chen Wei subconsciously turned his head to glance at Su Yumei and saw her focused on something, so he followed her gaze curiously.
He noticed that Su Yumei was staring at a wheat-skinned woman lying on a surfboard, paddling her arms towards the big waves.
"Interested in surfing?" Chen Wei asked.
Su Yumei nodded and explained, "I've watched quite a few shows about it on TV and thought it looked really cool. But this must be hard, right? I don't think I can do it. I'm sure I can't learn."
Hearing her say this, Chen Wei didn't rush to reply but stood up and patted the sand off his buttocks instead.
Bending over, he extended his hand to Su Yumei, "Wei, you can't know until you try. Let me teach you."
"You know how to surf?" Su Yumei said, surprised, not knowing Chen Wei had this skill.
