Chapter 179: Twists and Turns

The so-called bodyguards scurried away.

With a wave of his hand, Durin threw the ruined Bell Tower into the sea.

Then, tapping the bell with his cane once again, he asked, "So, aren't you going to invite us in to sit for a while?"

The lady found a chair for herself, but at a point from Durin, the chair turned to dust.

"Did I say you could sit down?" Durin asked with a smile, his expression changing suddenly: "Kneel. I ask, you answer. If you dare tell a single lie today, don't blame me for the swiftness of my knife."

Ultimately, the woman knelt down, her face twisted with bitterness.
