Farol Military Intelligence Bureau Agent, Moster Robin, was accompanying a guest from the Northern Bureau who came to research the new towns emerging along the southern coastal regions of the Austria-Swiss Union.


Due to Sir Durin's connection with the Northernism of Farol, Moster was almost openly active in various coastal cities—his task was to confirm whether sailors had been conscripted into the naval forces of the Austria-Swiss Union.
