Chapter 8 Beastman West Court

Ybur looked down at the city below.

Despite the protection of the Vital Bubble, it was still cold outside. Looking around, towering stone walls encircled the entire fortress. Given that Dwarves, a race originally living underground, had built the fortress, there weren't many outdoor scenes. Most areas were enveloped under a labyrinth of buildings—roofs so thick that they blocked out the sky, which gave Airey a sense of safety—very few streets were open to the sky, narrow and delicate, intersecting like the city's capillaries, with hardly any pedestrians to be seen.

Ybur had been flying for quite some time and finally passed the central tower that stood in the middle of the fortress like a bell tower, reaching the West Court where the Beastmen were.

There was a very clear boundary line between the East and West Courts.

It was not a wall or fence, but...

Trash.
