Many years later, when faced with the question from a Heavenly envoy, Ybur, who by then stood at the zenith of the Dream Realm as the "World Devourer," recalled the afternoon just after his birth when the Creator had stuffed him down a golden toilet and flushed him into the sewers in one go...

Inside the beast's mouth was pure darkness, but the lightning surrounding Ybur illuminated the pitch-black void, revealing a dense forest of teeth growing within the creature's oral cavity. The number was so overwhelming it could trigger trypophobia, and amongst the teeth, rustling figures moved—it was the Nightmare Creatures known as Rotten Body Demons, which resembled giant cockroaches woven from decayed hair, their abdomens and heads studded with wailing human faces.
