"No. We suffered greater losses than you did in the summer campaign. Some divisions have been reduced to 5,000 men. I discussed with the Chief of Staff that if we continue suffering such losses, it would be hard to sustain, so we've decided to take the next half a year to train the troops, at least to make them last longer in battle.

"As for the frontline, we plan to launch a series of division-level offensives aimed at equalizing the front, so we can reduce the number of troops that stay in direct contact with the enemy on the front line.
