The cavalry kept forming new lines, ranks of about a dozen or twenty charging toward the Demon Clan, and under repeated assaults, the formation of the Demon Clan finally collapsed.
Without a formation, the Demon Clan couldn't organize an effective resistance against the relentless charges of the cavalry. The charging effects, which knocked back and sent the demons flying, allowed the Demon Clan to be "harvested" by the following cavalry troops, defeated piecemeal. Despite their numerical advantage and individuals stronger than the human cavalry, each demon often faced a simultaneous attack from over a dozen weapons. The result spoke for itself, and in short order, an army of four to five hundred demons had been slain and captured.
On the player side, only three players had fallen, along with about forty to fifty NPC cavalry. The disparity in casualties between the two sides was tremendously vast.
Finally, the last demon fell, and a cheer erupted in the computer room.
