Chapter 78: It's You Again

In the midst of a tremendous clamor, the business van finally stopped tumbling and lay sideways in the ruins of a demolished area by the roadside.

Several seconds later, a few bright beams of light shone over, turning the vicinity as bright as day.

Chu Yi wiped the blood trickling from a cut on his forehead and squinted to take a look around.

The four off-road vehicles stopped about twenty meters away and no longer approached, with over a dozen people disembarking and each vehicle's roof half-exposing a person, who seemed to be holding guns at the ready.

"They're really using guns, huh."

Chu Yi became serious. No matter how skilled in martial arts, one still fears a kitchen knife, let alone guns.

If it were a fistfight, he wouldn't fear these people, even if they were well-trained; but with guns involved, that was a different story.

All those years of diligent practice might as well bow down to a single lead ball.
