Estate of death (ii)

"Hey sir Leo, looking chubby and rich as always" Hazel greeted as she closed the office door behind her and the man she was talking to gritted his teeth, a chubby potbellied man, he pushed the coins he was counting into the box on the table and stuffed everything into his shelf, "that idiot, didn't I tell.." "I don't think he has the capability to hold me back, I brought a good product this time" Hazel muttered as she plopped her self lazily on the sit in front of him, "if it's another fake, I am sorry to tell you miss Hazel, we don't sell fakes" Mr Leo said and Hazel sighed "must we beat about this all the time, why don't I do you a favour of inviting the authorities, you sell most fake antics Mr Leo why don't you like taking mine" Hazel muttered as she toyed with the ropes on her sack "you don't offer good prices miss Hazel" Mr Leo said and Hazel raised a brow "I take eighty percent and I offer you twenty percent of what ever sale you make, isn't that good enough?" she said "miss..." "I am not here to negotiate Mr Leo, take the price the way it is or get reported to the authorities" Hazel muttered as she took out the jade mug and placed it on the table, "you.., isn't that the jade mug from the auction" Mr Leo cried in excitement as he tried to touch it but Hazel dodged him "even if it's fake I would take it miss Hazel and I would give you a good sales report" he said and Hazel scoffed "well, i am selling this one to you and i dont care if you sell it or not so I am increasing my price"she muttered as she carressed the mug and Mr Leo frowned, the news didn't sound any exciting to him, "nine hundred gold coins" Hazel declared "what!!!, nine hundred, nine hundred gold coins" Mr Leo exclaimed "it's worth it, Mr Leo, I went through a lot trying to get it and you are a wealthy man Mr Leo, nine hundred gold coin shouldn't be a problem" Hazel muttered and Mr Leo gritted his teeth as he squeezed the rubber model of antique he had on his table so thightly, if looks could kill Hazel would have surely been dead, "fine, I would pay la..." "No, I am taking my money now" Hazel said and he squeezed the rubber model even tighter, he calmed himself took out the box of coins he stuffed into his drawer earlier and took angrily took out nine hundred gold coins then handed it to Hazel who took it with a happy smile "I so much love doing business with you Mr Leo, I would treat you to a nice meal one day for a long lasting business relationship" she said as she threw the coin into her sack and tied the sack around her waist where it used to be, "good bye Mr Leo" she waved and hoped out, "bye Conor" she waved happily to the store attendant and Conor shivered, her happiness didn't mean anything good for him and truthfully he was sent for by his boss just a minute after she left. On Hazel's end, she stepped out of the stall with so much happiness and satisfaction on her face, she had to treat Gabriel to a sumptous meal, help the Thomas siblings to complete the construction of their cinema, and help Margaret with her medical expenses she sighed in satisfaction as she slightly hit her sack of coins, just then she noticed the man who spoke about the estate of death walking into a coffee shop across the street and she followed him, an estate where the only unicorn horn to have been found was kept would surely have other valuable artifacts, "five gold coin for entry or produce your membership card" the huge man by the door said with one his hand stretched out, only then did Hazel realise she was standing in front of the mighty "Gold flower coffee shop", a Coffee shop for only elites, she sighed " how long does the old man who just walked in stay here?" she asked the man by the door "as long as he wishes, if you are here to ask questions please leave and let the customers enter" the man said and Hazel frowned in dissatisfaction then strolled away. She took another turn to the back of the shop and got in through the back door unnoticed, she slipped into a waiters uniform and merged with the busy waiters who were roaming around until she found the old man's cubicle, she excitedly sneaked in and sat calmly in front of the man who raised his brow in confusion "are you new here?" he asked "I don't work here I came here to see you for something very important" she said and the old man stared deeply at her "you sneaked in?" he asked and she nodded then he leaned back on his sit and sipped his coffee "what do you want?" he asked "the estate of death, I want to know about it" she said and the man frowned "miss, you are still very young, don't let your curiosity push you, all you have to know is that, that place is a very dangerous place" the old man said and Hazel's face turned horror filled "I, i and my friends came across a kind of dark like place on our last adventure hunt and one of us went into the place and hasn't been back since then, do you think that place is the estate and my friend is dead" she muttered with breaking voice and the man's frown deepened, "is the place filled with beautiful flower?" the man asked "yes, exactly, we didn't get in but the place had flowers both inside and outside" Hazel muttered as her expression became paler "did you cross the black lake before getting there?" the man asked and Hazel nodded "is the structure of the mansions there ancient like and has a gloomy atmosphere?" the man asked "yes sir, even with the flowers the place didn't look any inviting" Hazel muttered with a completely pale face "calm down miss, we can't tell if your friend has been killed and we don't even know if Ezra de La rue is dead, it's been years, since I was a little boy, his terror began in this city after the death of his father, he killed so many folks but all the time he was arrested the killings still continued making it look like the killings had nothing to do with him but I know, Ezra de La rue, he isn't ordinary, neither was his father, folks died in that estate and their bodies rottened in its front because nobody had the guts to go to the estate to retrieve the bodies of their families, when he finally stopped his killings another occurrence began, Guttric city could hardly sleep at night because of the cries coming from the tower, the people had enough and went to the king to request for Ezra's banish and for the estate to be brought down in ashes but all those who went to the king met their death and people kept their mouth shut immediately, those folks who tried to run usually ended back in the city and they had no choice but to bare all occurrences finally stopped, Ezra went into hibernation but people still didn't dare go close to the estate those who wanted to dare never came back alive, but it's been long Ezra might be dead" the old man explained and Hazel burst into tears.
