So hard.
However, the matter was of great importance. Sandy gritted her teeth, her heart pounded, and she tried not to offend the Black Dragon Lord as she spoke directly.
"Your Majesty, let me tell you the truth. There is a dragon beast on our Dragon Island. The dragon beasts on the island disappeared a few years ago. The number was about two hundred. Then, not long ago, I met more than three hundred in the western sea. There are giant dragons, and more than two hundred of them are metallic dragons. Are there any..."
Sandy spoke half-truthfully—she had not personally confirmed the number of giant dragons. The approximate number of metallic and chromatic dragons had been told to her by the Emerald Forest.
Sandy was deceiving the Black Dragon Lord.
As she recounted the incident, she began to believe that those metallic dragons were the missing metal dragon beasts.
It wasn't realistic, but it fit Sandy's instincts.
After making the matter clear, Sandy raised her head slightly and looked at the Black Dragon Lord, who was surrounded by mist in the distance. She stared closely, trying to discern any signs.
However, to Sandy's disappointment, the Black Dragon Lord didn't show any signs of shock or strangeness. He merely chuckled and said,
"Yes, as you can see, they were originally dragon beasts. They were endowed with wisdom and strength by my great power. As for whether they came from Dragon Beast Island, I don't know, neither do I care."
To Sandy's surprise, the Black Dragon Lord admitted it openly.
However, though Sandy had obtained the truth she sought, she found it difficult to accept and subconsciously retorted,
"This is impossible. Although it is very difficult to grant intelligence to more than two hundred metallic dragon beasts, there are many ways to do it. However, it is absolutely impossible to give them power comparable to that of a true dragon."
It wasn't that Sandy thought such a thing couldn't be done, but rather that she believed the Black Dragon Lord couldn't do it. If it were the Platinum Dragon God, Bahamut, or another dragon god, Sandy wouldn't have found it surprising.
The gods could create things out of thin air, form souls, and give life. Even if a dragon beast were restored into a real dragon, it wouldn't be shocking.
"You have questions and suspicions, but when I give you the answer, you refuse to believe it. How boring." The Black Dragon Lord spoke quietly.
Sometimes, no one believes the truth.
Lies are praised instead.
It is simply because most intelligent creatures think subjectively—they only want to hear answers they can accept.
Upon hearing this, Sandy fell silent.
"If there's nothing more, you may leave." The Black Dragon Lord dismissed her like swatting a fly.
He still had many things to do, such as cultivating spells, runes, and spiritual martial arts. When the time came, he had to venture into the Abyss to collect special resources—his schedule was quite full.
Sandy, who had remained silent all this time, suddenly said, "Fine, I believe it, but we won't discuss this matter anymore. Next, I want to talk to Your Majesty about cooperation in territorial development."
After a brief but intense period of thought, Sandy had figured things out.
She was just an ordinary true dragon, not even a legend. Although she had accumulated a thousand years of experience as a spellcaster, her overall strength was no greater than that of a newly promoted legendary professional. In the vast Tal plane, she was among the best, capable of moving freely and receiving the same treatment as legendary figures.
But so what?
The essence behind the dragon beasts was beyond her comprehension. Even Dragon Island, which housed several legendary metallic dragons and thousands of adult metallic dragons, was not qualified to investigate or understand it.
It wasn't because the Black Dragon Lord was so powerful that Dragon Island retreated without even daring to investigate.
Rather, if the matter was true, then the Black Dragon Lord was likely not the mastermind but merely a 'little boss' pushed to the forefront.
This was a game at the level of Gods and Primordials.
If it was false and those strange dragons were not the missing dragon beasts, then there was no reason to offend the powerful but neutral Black Dragon Lord over the issue.
The Black Dragon Lord had not enslaved the group of giant dragons. Although they had unusual personalities, based on Sandy's short observation, they were not evil dragons.
Of course, the one who suggested that Sandy should become the Black Dragon Lord's maid definitely wasn't a noble dragons. Even if they were a "good" dragon, they would still lean toward chaos—chaotic good at best.
Sandy's words sparked the Black Dragon Lord's interest. Lazily, he said, "Tell me, what kind of cooperation?"
"I have an island territory in the North Sea. I've managed it for more than a thousand years. The weapons, magic potions, food, and clothing industries have developed quite well. Well, at least compared to the rest of the Tal material plane. If so, it's fair to say it ranks number one."
Sandy stopped thinking about the dragon beasts. That issue should be left to the old dragons of Dragon Island to worry about. She was going to return to her old profession.
The lord's silver dragon addiction begins!
When Sandy started talking about her territory, her enthusiasm surged as if she had transformed into a different dragon. She abandoned all prior caution and hesitation, speaking with high spirits.
"Your Majesty, you will definitely be satisfied with the goods in my territory. For example, the best and most representative weapon—Silver Base Armor. It is made of mithril metal and engraved with high-tier spell runes. When worn by an intermediate professional, they gain the strength of a high-tier professional. A high-tier professional wearing it becomes even stronger, capable of posing a threat to master-level professionals.
In my territory, I've also developed a biological structure that can evolve on its own. By consuming the appropriate magical ore, it can grow to high-level strength. It is essentially the perfect war weapon.
We also have potions that can mutate blood and enhance bodily recovery."
Most of Sandy's territorial products were linked to war and strength enhancement. Clearly, she understood what Black Wing Lair valued most.
After introducing some of her territory's best products, Sandy finally revealed her true intention.
"Your Majesty, I noticed that the monsters and maids in Monster City and Castle Black are unusually tall. I wonder if you could share whether this potion has any side effects and whether it can be sold?"
Bhi no---
After lingering in the dragon pond for a while, the silver dragon girl, Sandy, finally stepped out and teleported away.
Within the confines of Castle Black, a vast array of isolation spell matrices had been inscribed, preventing the use of teleportation spells without the 'permitted' spell aura. However, extremely high-tier teleportation spells could bypass the matrix—after all, the highest-tier participants in Castle Black's isolation spell matrix were only advanced spellcasters.

Dragon Pond
Since the silver dragon girl, Sandy, left, I have been deep in thought.
Sandy wants to exchange her territory's products for potions from Black Wing Lair that can stimulate physical growth.
Such a magic potion obviously does not exist.
But I can still package it into existence—mix dragon blood with some peculiar materials, place it in a potion bottle, and call it a magic potion. That would be feasible.
However, doing so carries considerable risks.
Judging by Sandy's behavior and the strange developments in her territory, this silver dragon girl is likely a research dragon.
Once she gets her hands on my "Dragon Blood Potion," she will undoubtedly conduct relentless research.
And in the process, something undesirable will inevitably be exposed. For instance, the "Dragon Blood Potion" could grant intelligence to mindless creatures or "evolve" dragon beasts, producing results even more terrifying than true dragons of the same race.
The former effect isn't too problematic—though exaggerated, many legendary spellcasters can achieve similar results. Some special professions can even replicate this effect at the master level. (For example, the soul research that Lyanna conducted using psychic energy.)
But the latter effect is very terrifying.
Are dragons perfect creatures?
The genes and blood of a perfect creature are stable and solidified. In theory, no mutations can occur.
However, almost all true dragon species have a large number of examples of mutants and degenerates.
Therefore, the dragon is definitely not a perfect creature. At least, this is the case for ordinary dragons. The three legendary dragon species in dragon legends may be an exception.
However, even if the ordinary true dragon is not a perfect creature, it is still a powerful creature that has taken a big step in this direction. It was one of the strongest overlords that once dominated the ancient star worlds. Now, even if it has fallen a little, it is still a top powerful clan.
It would be scary to think about such a powerful race if there were a "magic potion" that could be mass-produced and increase its potential and talent limit.
Various monsters in Black Wing Lair, such as goblins, kobolds, trolls, goatmen, dragon-born humans, etc.—their mutations have exceeded the upper limit of their own race. When the silver dragon girl Sandy and the emerald forest elf great elder saw it, they could only sigh in admiration.
Because the bloodlines of the above races are inherently inferior, there are too many ways to break through the upper limit of their own race, and it is 'too easy.' Naturally, they will not feel alarmed.
But the evolution of a dragon beast into a 'true dragon' is different, and on the basis of the true dragon, it is difficult to evolve it again and increase the upper limit.
This does not mean that, other than me, no other beings can accomplish the above two points.
At the very least, the Chromatic Dragon Mother and the Platinum Dragon God can do it. The former created the entire evil Chromatic dragon tribe, while the latter created the entire good Metallic dragon tribe.
With the power of the two, they can even create ancestral dragons. The ancestral dragon can be said to be the highest-level existence among ordinary dragon species in the star worlds. It is an ultimate creature whose bloodline is not inferior to that of the Titans. They only need to grow naturally to attain strength comparable to the gods and become god-like beings of greatness.
Is it possible to even create a terrifying ultimate creature like the ancestral dragon? (All creatures that touch the god-like level can be called ultimate creatures.) Could they restore the dragon beast to a true dragon and increase the upper limit of ordinary true dragons?
The reason why they didn't do it, according to my previous guess, is that the cost is too high.
The Dragon Gods will definitely not think about solving individual problems in small quantities; otherwise, the problems will be endless. What they want to do is definitely solve this problem at the root.
I thought a lot, and after weighing the pros and cons, I felt that the transaction with Silver Dragon Sandy could be slowed down.
There is no need to rush for the time being. When my strength is improved enough, if I expose something, then so be it.
This world is, after all, a world where the strong rule the weak.
So far, the power of the void has been widely spread. In the Tal plane, there are hundreds of thousands of organisms with the power of the void in their bodies—some obtained it directly, while others inherited it through blood.
In the Abyss, every time I collect special products, I spread the power of the void in the wild Abyss. A few years have passed, and if I include the multiplication of abyssal creatures, the number of abyssal beings with the power of the void in their bodies is estimated to exceed one hundred thousand.
Could I not know that there are hidden dangers in doing such a thing?
This is actually just the choice most suitable for me based on my own personality and the environment I am in.
If I didn't spread the power of the void, I wouldn't have been able to obtain powerful dependent groups when I was weak. Without powerful dependents, my strength would have naturally increased slowly. I would have needed to spend a lot of time hunting on my own, and the strengthening effect of the feast would have also depended on the quality of the food eaten. The gap between high and low quality is vast, limiting my growth rate. My own life would naturally have been subject to greater threats.
Although my main feast food now comes from hunting in the Abyss, this is only after I have grown stronger. If I did not have the support and drive of monster clans such as Skye, Mundo, and Danylan in the early stages, then it would have been impossible for me, at only 21 or 22 years old, to have such great strength.
Even in deep sleep, if I had no powerful family members worthy of reassuring a dragon to protect me when I was still weak, I would not have dared to sleep too soundly and would have always been worried.
I am a Chromatic Dragon, and I did not have a safe environment to grow up in. How could I afford to care so much when I was weak? If I could improve my survival rate by even one percent, I would not care about hidden dangers.
And when I quickly developed with the help of the power of the void and became the Black Dragon Lord, I stood in the open and was watched by many forces. Naturally, I could only continue to expand my family's power, making others jealous, timid, and afraid.
A dragon is completely different from a lord dragon with a powerful dependent territory. The former may have greedy professionals coming to hunt it at any time, while the latter—not to mention greedy professionals—even principalities and kingdoms have to weigh the pros and cons and determine whether hunting an evil dragon is worth the benefits and losses.
As for spreading the power of the void in the Abyss, there are two reasons. One is that it has already spread in Tal, so spreading it in the Abyss makes little difference. On the contrary, the Lava Field Abyss plane is much larger than the Tal plane. Let alone hundreds of thousands of void monsters—there are millions, even tens of millions of them. In the Lava Wasteland, they are just a larger splash in the magma, an insignificant fraction. It is quite common to witness the birth of mutants among devils and demons every day.
The other reason is that I wanted to use this method to obtain the coordinates of material planes that have not yet been exposed, which is equivalent to an investment.
If successful, I will obtain a private plane.
If I fail, I still have the option of seizing an Abyss city and becoming a Lord of the Abyss.
Perhaps it was my growth, my nature as a Black Dragon, or the ever-expanding influence of my Feast talent, but my thoughts had become increasingly mad, boundless, and impossible by mortal standards.
Sometimes, I dream not of conquering, but of consuming everything.
For instance—why settle for ruling a plane when I could devour it whole? The Tal Plane, an Abyss, even the divine realm—what would happen if I swallowed them, reducing them to mere fuel for my power?
Or—that bead… the one that radiates the presence of an Evil God. If I were to consume it, would I inherit its dark divinity? Or would I twist it, making it a part of me instead of the other way around?
What if I took it even further? Could my Feast consume an entire star? What would happen if I swallowed a sun, taking in its nuclear inferno and turning that raw, celestial energy into power?
What if I took it even further? Could my Feast consume an entire galaxy? If I swallowed a black hole, would its infinite gravity and time-warping chaos become a part of me? Could I harness the destructive force of a supernova, refining it within my very being?
And then there are the countless worlds beyond my own—realms I once thought to be fiction—the realms of anime, movies, and myths. If I could reach them, what if I consumed their greatest powers?
What if I devoured an Infinity Stone? Would I reshape reality with every breath?
What if I swallowed a Power Ring? Would I wield unbreakable will or unrelenting fear?
Or—what if I ate the beating heart of a Primordial God? Would I steal their divinity, or become something entirely beyond gods themselves?
What if I feasted upon the flesh of a Titan from myth? Would I transcend mortality and become a force of legend?
What if I swallowed the Concept of Death itself? Would I become an eternal existence, beyond life and beyond the grasp of the end?
What if I consumed an entire pantheon? Would I forge their divinities into my own when the Book of Law, the Book of Godhood and the Tablets of Fate clearly states a being could have only one divinity becoming the one and only god in existence?
But that is not the end. What if I ate something greater than gods, greater than creation itself?
The Will of the Multiverse. Could I seize control of fate, bending all of reality to my hunger?
The River of Time. Would I dictate the past, present, and future at my whim?
The Chaos of the Void. Would I transcend existence itself, becoming the devourer of all that is and ever will be?
What if I feasted upon the corpse of a fallen Outer God—would I ascend beyond reality itself?
The hunger whispers in my soul, an insatiable abyss with no bottom. What is the limit? Where does it end?
Or perhaps… it never does.

After Sandy teleported away from Castle Black, she secretly came back, but instead of returning to Castle Black, she went to the Monster City located beneath it.
With a flash of magic, her appearance changed into that of a dragonborn maid over two meters tall.
Then, she wandered around Monster City carelessly.
Sometimes she went into street shops to inquire, sometimes she entered pubs to listen to various information and secrets, and, by the way, she learned about the city's rules and policies.
This is not a special treatment for Monster City. Every time Sandy visits a city, she spends some time getting to know it.
If there is something useful or novel, she experiments with it in her own territory.
Sandy stayed in Monster City for half a month. During this period, she also visited the monster villages and towns in the Dark Forest to observe. Finally, she teleported away.
