Chapter 19: Night Time Part 2

Koji glanced at Shuji while Rei simply dropped his head. They both muttered "crap" simultaneously. Shuji inquired, "What are you doing here, Koji?" Rei turned to Shuji and asked, "What are you doing here?" Then, he shifted his gaze to Alexis, who quickly looked away, clearly feeling awkward. How on earth was he supposed to explain Shuji's presence? Rei got it. He remarked, "Well, I guess we're both here for the same reason now." Shuji was fuming. Koji remained silent, knowing he couldn't handle Shuji's rage. Alexis, trying to lighten the mood, suggested, "Why don't you two go freshen up and rest?" Shuji shot a look at Rei and snapped, "You think I'd let this guy sleep with my brother? No chance!" Rei fired back, "And you have no right to sleep with Alexis either!" And that's how it all went down. Alexis and Rei in Alexis's spotless room, while Koji and Shuji were in Rei's room. Rei and Shuji exchanged a fierce glare that screamed, "Hands off my brother!" Rei kept tossing and turning, Koji was just a few feet away but still out of reach. Shuji's mind was consumed by thoughts of Alexis, while he's peacefully snoozing. Koji, on the other hand, was out cold. Rei was feeling nosy and decided to sneak a peek at Koji. He slyly cracked open the door, tip-toed out, and shut it as if he was a ninja. When he glanced at the door of the adjacent room, he caught Shuji giving him the evil eye. They locked eyes for what seemed like an eternity, with a stare-down so intense, it could bore a hole through a wall. Rei was all like, "Oh, look who decided to show up. Trying to spy on my brother, huh?" Shuji shot back with an equally intense glare, "And what about you? Weren't you out here for the exact same reason?" Rei and Shuji finally caved under the pressure and admitted simultaneously, "Okay, fine. Yes, we came for a sneak peek." Shuji was all like, "Just one look. That's it." And then Rei was like, "Same to you." Shuji then said, "How about we draw up a contract? Terms and all?" Rei, after a moment of contemplation, goes, "Sure." So, they drafted a contract that said: "We promise to take care of each other's brothers and not cause them harm." Once both signed it, they dashed off to separate rooms. As Shuji left, Koji woke up. Rei strolled in and locked the door. Koji, mistaking Rei for Shuji, mumbled, "Bro, no need to lock up. Rei can't get in." Rei climbed into bed next to Koji and said, "You might want to rethink that." Koji was taken aback as he turned around and was met with a kiss...
