Izumi sat in class, when a subtle ding and vibration caught his attention. He recognized it as his phone and retrieved it. After reading the message, he promptly left school 10 minutes later and headed home to pack for a week. He had an opportunity to meet with his boss and he was determined to make the most of it, dedicating all his time to serving him once again. He was frantically cramming the essentials into his bag, darting around the house as if his trousers were ablaze. Once he finally zipped up, the realization hit him like a ton of bricks: he was going to miss the train. He practically leaped into the taxi, urging the driver to speed up, much to the latter's irritation with his incessant "hurry up." Upon arriving at the station, he scanned the crowd for Shun and spotted a tall, lean figure with a sculpted physique and striking features. His sleek, curly black hair was styled in a bowl cut, and those piercing red eyes were unmistakable. It was Shun's personal bodyguard. With a voice dripping in sass, he exclaimed, "Oh, look, it's the per-sonal bo-dy gaurd," each syllable laced with disdain. He couldn't stand the guy, even if he was easy on the eyes. After all, it had become Izumi's mission to shake him off every time in the past.
Izumi gasped for air, calling out in between breaths, "Hey... Shun... Chan..." Shun turned around, waving at Izumi. "Izumi-kun! How are you? Anyway, let's go." They boarded the train and reminisced about their lives. Memories of the fun times they had together with Sota flooded back as they chatted. They reached Tokyo at last and secured a room at a hotel. The bodyguard reserved another room, declaring in a captivating tone, "Sharing a room with a lady who isn't yours is a crime." His words persuaded Izumi instantly, though he pondered later on why he had given in so quickly. Izumi and the bodyguard found themselves sharing a room. While the bodyguard was busy taking a shower, Izumi couldn't help but ponder how effortlessly the guy had convinced him. Suddenly, he realized he didn't even know the bodyguard's name. As the bodyguard emerged from the shower wrapped in a towel, Izumi found himself inexplicably captivated until he snapped out of his trance. "I never caught your name," Izumi inquired. "Ranzhe," the guy replied. "Ah, I see," Izumi mused to himself, "Interesting. Not only does he look good, but he also has a powerful name. This guy is a real catch for many girls."
They dozed off on the massive king-sized bed. As they stirred in the morning, Ranzhe sensed something plush and cozy against his face. Meanwhile, Izumi felt a warm and soft presence snuggled up to him. They both awoke to find themselves wrapped in a tight embrace, with Ranzhe planting a kiss on Izumi's hair. They quickly disentangled themselves and exchanged apologies. "What the heck?" Izumi pondered. Ranzhe wondered, "Why was that dude clinging to me like an octopus?" As they prepared themselves, Ranzhe repeatedly knocked on Shun's door, but it remained unanswered. Panic started to creep in as the thought of failing to protect the young lady crossed his mind. If he didn't succeed, Mr. Hyoza would surely give him the boot. They rushed downstairs, with Izumi puzzled by Ranzhe's excessive worry. Upon reaching the bottom, they caught sight of Shun instructing someone to load all the luggage, including theirs, into the car. Ranzhe inquired, "Shun-chan, could you please let me know before you head out?" Shun, stifling her laughter and giggles, replied, "I didn't want to interrupt your adorable cuddling session." With a mischievous grin, she pulled out her phone to reveal a picture of the two of them snuggled up together. Izumi shot her a fierce look, demanding, "Delete that right now!" and then took off after her like a wild man. Ranzhe, feeling a wave of embarrassment wash over him, managed to gather his thoughts and said, "Shun-chan, we're running late." Although Sota had invited her to lunch, Shun was too cozy to rise from her slumber, so she and the boys were settling for brunch instead.
