A massive amount of fog surrounded Jin's body at that moment, preventing all the blades from reaching him.
His reaction was excellent, avoiding any life-threatening injuries, but Octavius's arms began to crush his body from behind. Regardless of overall combat ability, in this situation, only raw physical strength could help Jin.
Unfortunately, Octavius had the upper hand in all physical aspects, and Jin was still trying to figure out a way to escape.
(Jin's POV)
I felt a bit anxious, but I still made my decisions calmly. I spread the fog that had just protected me throughout the room to blind the enemy.
In this hall, only Octavius could dispel the fog, but to do that, he had to let go of me first. I feared he wouldn't do that. I considered using {Manipulation} again to sever the connection between Thorn and Octavius, but I knew that wouldn't work.
