Chapter 56: The Vase

Gu Nanzhou stared at the red mark, his eyes narrowing slightly as a surge of satisfaction filled his heart.

His lips curled into a gentle expression.

Su Wan grew even more worried, wondering if Gu Nanzhou had been stunned by her slap...

Her heart softened a moment, hesitating whether to ask Gu Nanzhou if he was all right.

But then Gu Nanzhou leaned in again, his slender fingers brushing her neck as he spoke in a low, husky voice, "Sorry, I just couldn't hold back."

Gu Nanzhou's gaze was strange, and on the left side of the changing room wall hung a circular mirror. Su Wan looked up.

That's when she discovered a strawberry mark on her neck.

Su Wan: "..."

The young girl was both angry and embarrassed, feeling as if the tight string in her mind had suddenly snapped. Her lashes trembled, her brows and the corners of her eyes reddened with shyness.

Su Wan grabbed nearby clothes and hurled them all at Gu Nanzhou, her voice trembling, "Gu Nanzhou! Get the hell out!"
