They made a simple breakfast upon returning home.

At the office, they were received by a member of the neighborhood committee, a senior lady who knew right away that they were there to register for travel upon hearing they worked in the county.

The lady seemed very familiar with the procedure and upon learning they were at Chengguan No.1 Middle School: "You're in North Street, right? For North Street, take the number two bus. Comrade Lu, the vehicle will leave on time at 6:30 a.m. on Monday from the gate. Do you need a pickup?"

"Auntie, what time is the pickup?"

"Normally starts at six, but some finish work at five, and after picking everyone up, it's about seven or so. You'd get back around seven thirty."
