The Black King's Gear

(Apparently, Thor in Percy Jackson once Challenged Jesus to a fight, but Jesus never showed up. Moses split the sea, but other than that God, Devil, Angels, and Demons were not talked about. Good, seems I can go all AU.)

Time for Constatine started passing by rapidly and when he turned 11, his Mother threw him a birthday dinner. She wanted to make it a big event, but that would be dangerous as Zeus didn't know much about Constantine like he didn't care for other Demigods.

The last time news of him came up was when he met Artemis and she had little to say other than he was respectful. The longer it stayed like that the better so she settled with a dinner celebration.

Persephone sent him some Pomegranates from her garden and Hades just sent him a large pile of precious gemstones. He could use those in his enchanting, but Hecate went all out.

She gifted several powerful ritual books from her library, magical potions, and several books on enchanting. He was grateful as he, Vritra, and Solomon all enjoyed goddess-cooked meals and gifts. However once his birthday passed, Constatine fully dedicated himself to improvement.

Hecate began to tutor him in magic and how to use Divine Energy in more diverse ways. She even began to tutor him in the art of Necromancy and better ways to control the Mist that she was in charge of.

In exchange, he began to teach her Dragon Deus magic, and together they would combine it with Greek magic to make new custom spells for each other. She even sent him to Ilvermorny, in disguise with full access to the magical library. There, he learned about Wizard magics which many Dragon Deus spells were spells. Some like Apparition were neat, but DxD teleportation was faster.

Dragon Gates were even better and those were a Dragon King and Heavenly Dragon only skill which he had. The three Unforgivable also were curious, but he had far more lethal curses.

More importantly, he put a lot of focus on Occulmency to defend his mind from mind reading. He modified the spell with Vritra and Hecate and developed a method to more thoroughly defend his mind.

To accomplish this, to protect his mind from entrance, he recreated the Realm of Khorne to function like a ward around his mind. Anyone who tried to read his mind would need to face an army of Blood Thirsty Daemons and Khorne himself.

The next layer was the realm of Nurgle meaning if they did get passed the first layer they had to diseases of the Plague Father to face. After Nurgle was the realm of Slannesh, meaning the intruders would need to face the horrors of the Prince of Pleasure.

The fourth layer was the realm of Tzeentch, the Warp Sorcery and madness caused by his realm. However, he went a step forward, and in the middle of the four Realms of Chaos was The Imperial Palace where the Emperor himself, his Custodes, and Space Marines protected his memories in the Golden Throne.

Sure, he went heavy on warding his mind, but mind reading was a big no, no when you were a reincarnator. As a result, he could get rid of his journals as he remembered everything they said at all times.

Once his Occulmency Shields were ready, he put his focus on the Curses, Jinxes, and Charms. When he asked his Mother about Time Turners, she told him they were Time Magic which was one of the most complicated forms of magic for Witches.

Though, Immortals were immune to the effects of them and could not use them. Only Mortals and since they could only go back five hours, they were seen as useful trinkets by the gods.

Aside from that, Hecate also got him one of the best Swordsman instructors of all time in Greece. She did so, by calling upon the Ghost of Achilles. Achilles began to mentor Constantine in the art of the blade personally.

Achilles was quite impressed with Constantine as even when Constantine sealed his magic and fought with the sword only, Constantine learned in real time. Every mistake Achilles pointed out was corrected in the next exchange.

Achilles felt that Chiron would be able to make a hero out of Constantine, but there was a reason neither Hecate nor Constantine told him what they were plotting. When he was not learning swordsmanship from Achilles or magic from Hecate he was in his Forge Room.

He continued to improve his skill with forging and he even began to use his Stygian Iron to make weapons. He didn't quench in River Styx often as that made them indestructible.

He had a few weapons made like that he could no longer melt down so he collected them for later. He began to use Magic Forging in his work. To do so, he would channel his Divine Dragon Magic into his hammer while he forged his weapons to enchant the metal. Once they were quenched he then placed the magic runes on them.

These weapons were far better than Spine Splitter only in technique. He could not compare to Hepheastus' skill with forging, but in Magic Forging he could compete. He even began to alloy, Celestial Bronze quenched in Vritra's Poison, his Blood, and Stygian Iron quenched in both ways as well.

The resulting weapons were far more potent and nearly unbreakable. Though once they were forged in this way, melting them down became nearly impossible so he would only do that when he felt he was making a finished product.

Even now, he was still in his 'training' phase with Blacksmithing as he did not feel satisfied. In the meantime, he and Vritra also began to train Medusa to be his Assassin as she had agreed. They taught her several types of magic some that they had made just for her.

Wind Magic, Poison Magic, Fear Magic, Petrification Magic, Sound Magic, and Concealment Magic. Of course, as she had a Dragon Heart. Fire Magic was a guarantee to increase her lethality. He even reforged her sword with his higher standards completing her sword. However, he also forged her chain daggers which she was to use when Assassinating a target. Her sword was made to function when assassinating no longer became possible.

If everyone was dead then it was Assassination as the first Hassan said. He kept this busy schedule always training for 3 years which continued to pass by in the Underworld.

His Father though ended up calling him once a week on the weekend and he was surprised to hear Constantine was in the Underworld with his Mother. So far, Carmen had kept her faith, but she began to question things.

Constantine himself was turning 14 in 10 days. In the 3 years since he left home, he had grown far larger than before. Most 14-year-old boys at his age were around 5'6, but he had been that height at 11 years old.

He had grown like bamboo as he was 6'6 meaning he had grown a foot during his time away. He kept his hair short as usual, but his height had not been the only thing to grow. He was leagues stronger than when he first formed his Divine Dragon Heart, and so were Solomon and Vritra.

As they were now, they were confident in keeping themselves safe, but they were not arrogant. With the date now being 08/22/2001 it meant he had 20 days to stop 9/11.

It did happen in Percy Jackson which meant the gods didn't care since it didn't affect their building. It was also time for Constantine, Vritra, and Solomon to leave the relative safety of the Underworld.

Before leaving he made it his mission to forge his Symbols of Power, his gear. The gear that would grant him the title of The Black King. He knew one set of armor that would do just that.

'Ashborn from Solo Leveling, only that gear can satisfy me.'

Before he made his way out of the Underworld, he teleported his forging equipment to the shore of the river Styx. He had been hard at work experimenting with forging techniques, enchanting, materials, flames, and quenching liquids and he was ready to work.

All around him were several skeletons he had animated with black bones. They were just his servants to make some of his forging more convenient. Vritra at the moment was at his full size which was nearly 75 meters long and he had submerged himself in the river Styx except for his head. As the Dragon Asura of Poisons, Drought, and Evil the River Styx could not harm him.

If anything, he felt at home in the river. Even Solomon was here, looking larger than ever he was 25 hands(8'4 inches) tall meaning he was a giant. It was going to be tricky making armor for him, but it was worth it.

Medusa and Hecate had come with him as once he finished this, he would make an enemy of Zeus from the shadows. No one would know and his identity would only be told to a select few.

He took a deep breath as he picked up a custom hammer he had made. It was made of a mixture of Stygian Iron and Celestial Bronze in a 2:2 ratio of metal quenched in Vritra's Venom and Constantine's blood.

The metal had been treated in a ratio of 1:1:1 of fire of the Underworld, Solomon, and Vritra. That had been repeated for the Stygian Iron and the Celestial Bronze before he had forged them together through magic smithing to apply his Divine Dragon Mana.

In a way, this hammer could be considered a Divine Weapon itself, but it was just for forging.

"Are you ready, son?"

He nodded as he turned to Hecate. At his side, he had over 2,000 Ingots of Dark Black Metal that swirled with an aura of poisons, darkness, and fire that never stopped burning.

This was the best that Constatine had produced which he called Abyssal Steel. It had been 3 years of nonstop experimenting to make this as he had to make four different types of metal to produce each ingot of 10 pounds.

It had been worth it in the end as he would now be creating the first weapons to slay Immortals. Once he had his hammer, he picked up an ingot and placed it inside the forge with telekinesis.

He would now sink or swim and it was time to work. Hecate, Medusa, Solomon, and Vritra all watched as Constantine began to channel his Divine Dragon Mana now glowing with far more intensity than before into his hammer.

Hecate had described it as him being the halfway point between 'Mortal' and Immortal, but he had the best of both worlds. Part of that was that he was not just a hybrid of Mortal, God, Titan, and Dragon, but also Asura.

It made his already powerful body even more unbreakable like the mighty Asura from Asura's Wrath. He was truly a unique creature in this world and now, he would have gear to go along with it.

Once he pulled out the burning-hot Abyssal Steel he began to hammer it into plates. He would need to repeat this many times and then forge these plates together making sure they stayed hot.

Once this metal cooled it would be impossible to melt unless he used something like a Dyson Sphear Forge or something hotter. His eyes began to take on a Draconic shape once more and his amber sclera glowed with a mix of Divine, Titanic, Asuran, and Draconic Energy.

That power struck the plates of Abyssal Steel over and he used every technique he learned. He used his intent to apply the properties he wanted.

'Unbreakable, Heat Dispersal, Self Repairing, Soul Bound, Blood Bound, God Slayer, Anti Divine, Soul Drinker, Shock Absorption, Shock Dispersal, Mana Ward, and Blood Drinker.'

He started to get into the zone and he started striking the plates of metal time after time while losing track of things. He was so focused he didn't focus when he finished the first piece made of several plates of metal before he tossed it away directly into the river Styx.

When that happened, the river boiled in a way that seemed it would erupt, but it did not. The item he forged rapidly cooled, took the shape he desired, and all the properties he wanted applied to it.

Vritra, Hecate, Medusa, and Solomon went quiet before the item he tossed came flying. He held his hand out and a dark clawed gauntlet covered his left hand. He raised the gauntlet in a daze before he continued to forge.

For two hours he did not leave his focused state as he crafted piece after piece. From the pauldrons, rebrace, gauntlets, greaves, sabatons, bevor, Cuirass, plackart, faulds, cuisse, and the poleyn.

Each time he just chucked what he forged into the River Styx where the metal cooled before flying toward him. Already, his entire body was covered in a massive set of Abyssal Steel Armor.

It covered him from his feet up to his neck where his face was cold and focused. Each time he hammered the metal it caused everything for miles to shake as he was using nearly Satan Class level blows each strike.

He was working on the final item, the helmet, and already Hecate was seeing why he was called The Black King. Just looking at that armor made her Divine Essence shiver.

'That armor frightens me.'

She could not help, but smile as she watched as her son, continued his forging. The final piece, the helmet to conceal his identity from all, to bring fear to Zeus and those who fought for him.

When he completed the helmet, he walked over with the still-searing helmet toward the River Styx. He turned around and faced those watching before he placed the still-hot helmet on his face and let himself fall backward into the River Styx.

He crossed his arms over his chest as he sank deeper into the river. The helmet began to rapidly cool and with it constructed the set was complete. The Armor of Ashborn, The King In Black, the God Slayer had been formed.

Medusa turned to Hecate worried.

"Will he be alright?"

"Alright? He will be whole."

Suddenly, the River Styx began to form a whirlpool as Constantine began to walk out. His armor began to radiate Divine, Titanic, Draconic, and Asurian Energy in one. A dark mane of fire formed behind him as the armor caused the Underworld itself to look darker.

Hades who had been sitting on his throne, three years since Constantine came to live in his realm smiled with a dark look on his face.

'Dear brother, your reign is near its end. Enjoy these last few years of control'

When Constantine forged his Divine Armor of Darkness, Apollo began to see a prophecy. Of a being in Dark Plate, riding on a dark horse with a dragon at his side leading an army of Monsters, Demigods, Asuras, Titans, Dragons, Spirits, and Undead to usurp the throne of Olympus.

He saw his Father in a Titanic Duel over Olympus with this being. In his dream-like Prophecy, he saw his Father, weakened without his Masterbolt. In the end, he saw his Father stabbed through the heart where a Golden Explosion errupted as Zeus' would suffer a true death.

When he woke up he gasped in fear as he rushed out of his bed chamber to warn Zeus of this prophecy. Zeus becoming informed of this might cause some trouble, but Constantine was still not the target.
