(Minato=Fake Minato or controlled Minato)
As Minato looked at Naruto, Naruto shrugged and said, "What are you talking about, Lord Hokage?"
Minato gritted his teeth and said, "Naruto, why did you put all those civilians in the hospital? Do you not realize what the civilian council members will say or try to do with you?"
Naruto looked toward him, feigning innocence. "Oh really now, and where's the proof, Lord Hokage, that I was the one who put them in the hospital?"
Minato sighed. "They admitted it, Naruto."
Naruto's expression hardened. "Oh really? And who are these people? Are you seriously saying that I, only a 10-year-old kid, was able to beat down 25-30 people who are 20 to 30 years old? I know I'm training to be a shinobi, but you and I both know that our training hasn't even begun in earnest yet. We're mainly studying history."
Minato rubbed his temples, frustrated by Naruto's deflection but knowing he had a point. "Naruto, this isn't just about physical training. You have powers that we don't fully understand yet. Powers that make you capable of doing things others can't."
Naruto smirked. "So what you're saying is, they were foolish enough to attack me, and I defended myself. Isn't that what a shinobi is supposed to do?"
Minato's face softened slightly. "Naruto, I just want to make sure you're safe and not misusing your abilities. Can you promise me that?"
Naruto crossed his arms. "Of Konoha. And if you're really saying that I'm strong enough, then you should allow me to graduate already."
Minato sighed, realizing that Naruto was becoming increasingly difficult to reason with. "Oh really now," Minato said, giving a signal. A humble-looking person, one of the patients Naruto had beaten, was brought into the room.
Minato looked towards the person. "Well, he's the one who has given his statement. He will tell us what actually happened."
Naruto turned his back, showing disinterest. "So, what do you want to say?" Naruto asked, not looking at the patient.
The patient, nervous and trembling, began to speak. "L-Lord Hokage, it was him. He used some strange power... I-I don't know how to describe it, but it felt like my body was being torn apart from the inside."
Minato looked at Naruto, hoping for an explanation. Naruto finally turned around, his expression unreadable. "Is that so?" Naruto said, his voice calm and collected. "And why would I, a ten-year-old, attack a group of adults unprovoked?"
The patient stammered, "W-We... we were just trying to... to teach him a lesson. But he retaliated with such force. We never stood a chance."
Minato sighed deeply, conflicted between his duties as the Hokage and his role as Naruto's father. "Naruto, regardless of the circumstances, you can't go around using your powers like that. There must be another way."
Naruto's eyes narrowed. "Then teach them not to provoke me, Lord Hokage. Otherwise, this will keep happening."
Minato clenched his fists, struggling to maintain his composure. "Naruto, defending yourself is one thing, but excessive force is another. You must learn to control your powers, to use them responsibly. We can't have civilians ending up in the hospital every time there's a conflict."
Naruto's eyes bore into Minato's. "Then teach them not to provoke me. Make it clear that I'm not to be trifled with. If they leave me alone, there will be no need for me to defend myself."
Minato sighed, feeling the weight of his responsibility. "Very well, Naruto. But you must promise to try and control your powers. Can you do that?"
Naruto's smirk faded into a serious expression. "I promise, Lord Hokage. But remember, the responsibility isn't mine alone. Make sure they understand the consequences of their actions as well."
Minato flinched slightly at the words 'demon brat,' as Naruto's eyes flashed purple for a moment. The man trembled and began to nod frantically. "Y-Yes, we were drinking, and we started to fight each other. We must have been hallucinating about... about your son. Yeah, that must be the case. I-I should leave," he stammered.
Minato looked at Naruto, who stared back with an unreadable expression. Minato then turned to the trembling man and said, "You may leave now. And let this be a lesson to you and everyone else: do not provoke Naruto or any other child in this village. Violence and false accusations will not be tolerated."
The man hurriedly left the room, clearly shaken. Minato turned back to Naruto. "Naruto, I will speak with the council and ensure that this kind of behavior is addressed. But you must also promise to control your powers and avoid unnecessary conflict."
Naruto nodded slowly. "I understand, Lord Hokage. I will do my best to control my powers, but I expect the same effort from everyone else to respect my boundaries."
Minato sighed with a mix of relief and concern. "Good. Now go home, Naruto. We'll discuss this further if needed."
Naruto turned and left the office, leaving Minato, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Kushina deep in thought about the challenges that lay ahead.
The man at the hospital ran for his life as soon as he left the Hokage's office. Minato was shocked by the man's abrupt departure, while Naruto remained unfazed.
"Well, Hokage-sama, as you can see, the council can't do much about it. After all, they were only drinking and decided to pick a fight among themselves. It happens when they drink too much. Maybe you should check the company that makes the alcohol," Naruto said, his tone calm but slightly mocking. "I never liked it much."
Minato flinched a little at Naruto's words but maintained his composure. "All right, Naruto. You can leave now," he said with a serious expression.
Naruto nodded and left the office, leaving Minato, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Kushina to ponder the situation. Minato knew he had to address the deeper issues within the village and within his own family. The path ahead was fraught with challenges, but he was determined to find a way to bring balance and understanding to everyone involved.
Minato looked into Naruto's eyes, seeing a mixture of defiance and confidence. Naruto simply shrugged, gave a mocking smile, and started to walk away. After Naruto left, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Kushina emerged from their hiding places.
Jiraiya shook his head in disbelief. "That person literally changed his statement just like that. I'm really surprised, Minato. Somehow, Naruto has made a remarkable recovery from his, you could say, illness when he was just a kid. I must say, that is really impressive."
Kushina, deep in thought, turned to Minato. "Minato, what about the council? Can you do something about it? You know that it has..."
Minato sighed, rubbing his temples. "Yes, Kushina, I know. The council's influence has been a problem for a while now. They hold a lot of power, especially the civilian side. But after this incident, I think we have grounds to push for reforms."
Tsunade nodded in agreement. "Minato's right. We need to address the council's overreach and ensure that Naruto, and others like him, are treated fairly. This is a chance to make some changes."
Minato looked at his friends and wife, determination in his eyes. "I'll call a meeting with the council. We need to address the behavior of the civilians and ensure that Naruto's situation is handled properly. This has gone on long enough."
Kushina placed a hand on Minato's shoulder. "We'll support you, Minato. It's time to put an end to this and create a safer environment for Naruto and the village."
Jiraiya and Tsunade nodded in agreement. With a plan in mind, they knew the road ahead would be tough, but they were ready to face it together.
Stay tuned for the next chapter of Destroyer Ball Z. Dattebayo!
