The seal, along with Shukaku, was completely eradicated. Gaara's eyes turned white as he lost consciousness, collapsing onto the ground. Naruto looked down at Gaara with an emotionless expression. Many people in the audience were shocked, including Orochimaru, who was visibly surprised.
"Well, no matter," Orochimaru thought. "We still have other means to attack." His gaze shifted toward the other Jinchuriki present. "With three—no, five—Jinchuriki in Konoha, there's no way they'll be easy to defeat. But first, we need a distraction. Naruto is too powerful at the moment; none of them know the full extent of that brat's abilities. He needs to be weakened, and who better to do that than the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails?"
The final match was about to begin, and Jiraiya stepped forward. "The last match will be a three-way battle between Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, Menma Namikaze, and Naruko Namikaze!" he announced. "Let the match begin!" Jiraiya jumped away as the tension in the arena skyrocketed.
On the other side…
The shocking display left all the Kages present stunned, while Orochimaru fumed, realizing that Naruto had been holding back all along. "If this brat is already this powerful, I need to take over his body before he becomes a serious threat," he thought.
On the other hand, Minato was not pleased. He had decided to send Naruto to Ibiki for interrogation to uncover the secrets behind his abilities and to figure out how to mass-produce Wood Style users from Naruto for the benefit of Konoha. This would only strengthen the Uzumaki and Namikaze clans. Minato had already made up his mind. He had delayed it long enough; today, Menma and Naruko would defeat Naruto, no matter what. Minato glanced at Jiraiya, who nodded back. They had already prepared a seal that would shut down Naruto's chakra network, and it had been given to Menma and Naruko. This would be the day they reclaimed their titles as the rightful clan heirs. Minato smirked at the thought—Naruto would be relegated to the side branch, as planned.
With the match against Gaara over, the proctor announced Naruto as the winner. Genma looked toward Jiraiya, who nodded, signaling the start of the final match. Genma addressed the crowd, "For the finale of the Chunin Exams, we're doing something that has never happened in the history of the exams—a three-way battle between the children of Minato Namikaze!"
The crowd erupted in cheers at the announcement, especially for Menma and Naruko, who were beloved by the village as the "Prince" and "Princess" of Konoha. Many people, however, booed at Naruto. He ignored them as he always did, but today was the day he would have his Revenge.
Naruto could already sense the ill intentions from his father and chuckled or should he say a Artificial father made up of seal... at that. Unfortunately for Minato, his plans were not going to go as expected. Naruto looked at Menma and Naruko with a smile on his face, while Menma glanced at Naruko, and both nodded to each other. They had already prepared several strategies. Jiraiya had provided them with multiple seals to assist them, and they had also mastered the Rasengan, though only to the lower levels.
As they looked at each other, they gave Naruto a knowing look, making it clear that this would not be a true three-way battle but rather a two-versus-one. Genma, realizing the situation, knew he couldn't object since the Hokage had ordered it. After announcing the match, he quickly jumped away, knowing the battle was going to get intense.
Menma smirked, "Well, brother, it seems today is the day you lose everything. I hope you enjoyed being called the clan heir long enough because today is the day it ends."
Naruko added, "You may have caught us off guard last time, but that won't happen again." She smirked as chakra chains suddenly erupted from her body. Naruto raised an eyebrow at that but then noticed Tsunade standing in the stadium, smiling. It seemed that Naruko had undergone some experimentation.
Kushina had given some of her DNA to help Naruko reactivate her chakra chains. Naruko smirked at that, while Orochimaru and Onoki exchanged nervous glances. Menma then pulled out a kunai from his pouch, causing everyone's eyes to widen. Minato wore a proud smile, while Orochimaru and Onoki were visibly uneasy. Menma smirked, "Alright then, let's begin." With that, he vanished in a yellow flash, appearing behind Naruto with a Rasengan in hand.
At the same time, Naruko appeared in front of Naruto, wielding a sword, aiming for his head. Naruto simply smirked as he grabbed Menma's hand, the one holding the Rasengan, and flipped him, throwing him toward Naruko at such an angle that the Rasengan would collide with her. To his surprise, Naruko quickly summoned her chakra chains, catching Menma and throwing him into the air. As Menma was airborne, he threw several kunai across the area, while Naruko swiftly dodged and began forming hand signs, releasing a massive fireball toward Naruto.
Simultaneously, Menma finished his hand signs and unleashed a torrent of flames as well. Naruto sighed and clapped his hands with such force that a shockwave erupted, extinguishing the flames instantly. He then noticed that both Naruko and Menma had disappeared but simply gave a small smile. Menma suddenly appeared behind Naruto with a Rasengan, shouting, "Rasengan!" The enormous Rasengan struck Naruto directly in the chest, sending him flying across the stadium and crashing into the wall.
Minato smiled proudly, pleased with Menma's success. However, suddenly, the ground around Naruto shifted as roots emerged, wrapping around his body. Naruko looked at Menma and nodded as he flashed in front of Naruto, kunai in hand. Menma quickly brought out some seals, preparing for the next phase of their attack.
