Body Refinement.

An answer she derived from her Wan Shi Tong Dao enabled her to move the internal life essence energy within her body without any cultivation. As a result, she was able to open one of the eight extraordinary meridians, focusing on the conception vessels because she wanted to make the cherry more flavorful at that time. From the perspective of her variants who studied the Biology Dao, what she was doing at that time involved activating and reconnecting the dormant neurons of her cherry, allowing the hymen to regenerate after each bite from her master.

However, the Wan Shi Tong Dao is limited to only one use. It becomes too difficult to open the remaining extraordinary meridians on her own with the limited life essence she can hold because her meridians are not powerful enough yet. Additionally, the meridian pathways, which together form a complete set of Spiritual Roots, were not functioning properly. This made the life essence she received from them minimal and nearly negligible.

Her Five Elements Spiritual Roots, already strengthened to rival her variant Mei Li's Primordial Eternal Spiritual Roots, were in disarray due to the Dao veils. These veils disrupted and muddled the strong pathways she had established from the previous world, which could have produced ample life essence on its own and potentially opened the other extraordinary meridians.

As a result, Ying Yue could only wield a small amount of Jing essence to break through just one conception vessel, creating the ability for the hymen to always return to a perfect state. This made it increasingly difficult to open the other eight extraordinary meridians because the Yin Confusion imposed by the Dao became more challenging to decipher and overcome.

Therefore, she needed external assistance to open the acupuncture points, as her intuition struggled to keep up with the ever-changing principles of the Dao. This led her to search for alternatives in plants and other natural resources, which had specific purposes aligned with the current principles, to make understanding and overcoming the challenges easier.

His mind returned to the bowl in front of her. After about an hour, she had completed the preparations, which involved grinding the supplementary herbs into powder using a stone inside the Qi pond. She then mixed the powder with the extract of the Azure Blossom Star immortal fruits and used the pond's sprinkling water to achieve a texture more like an ointment. Gazing at the green glowing liquid in front of her, now full of Jing energy, Ying Yue nodded, satisfied that this liquid balm was sufficient for both her and her master.

Unlike Qi and Shen energy, which are used for Essence Gathering and Spirit Awakening respectively, this energy is specifically intended for Body Transformation. This energy targets her life essence meridians, allowing her to cultivate the Body Transformation technique. Thus, just like the Three Treasures and Three Jewels, each type of cultivation has its own specific energy used to improve oneself.

After scrutinizing the liquid for a long time, worried that the Dao might present her with another challenge, she found none. She then stripped bare to apply the salve to every part of her body, focusing on the meridians that were generally considered useless by everyone else. While everyone focused on the primary twelve principal or eight extraordinary meridians, she instead directed her attention to opening the entire network of nerve cells that form a single interconnected meridian pathway.

This Yin-Yang meridian pathway, with the five Wuxing elements on the outside creating harmonious operation, appeared to be mere trash Five Elemental Roots from the outside. However, what everyone considered trash was, in reality, an uncarved jade capable of being shaped into any form, making it far more powerful and versatile.

While many believed that mutated Spiritual Roots, which create more than eight extraordinary meridians, are superior due to their rarity, they overlooked the fact that the normal human meridian pathways created by the Dao are already the best of the best. Therefore, for Ying Yue, it was pointless to covet impressive-sounding Spiritual Roots when, in the end, the template the Dao had already created for her could elevate her own meridians to the same level as those impressive-sounding Spiritual Roots.

Thus, the notion that not everyone can cultivate is merely a concept imposed by higher beings to control mortals, creating a sense of separation and exclusivity to make them feel special. In reality, the Dao created everyone equally, without favoritism. Everyone already possesses the same spiritual roots that can elevate them to limitless potential and beyond; there is no need to seek another.

As she applied the ointment salve to her bare body but found it difficult to reach her back, Ying Yue suddenly saw her master open his eyes and walk up to her. Knowing her master wanted to help administer the Azure Blossom Star ointment to every part of her, she handed the bowl-shaped stone to him. Standing with her arms outstretched to the left and right and intending to have a conversation, Ying Yue suddenly paused, realizing her master seemed to be acting out of pure instinct rather than engaging thoughtfully.

Even when his hand smeared the ointment into her kiwi, pomegranate, cherry, or lychee areas, there was no unusual reaction. It was as if her master were a mechanical golem, performing tasks effectively but without emotion. This left Ying Yue sighing in helplessness and frustration, yearning for the Yang energy from her master's hand that roamed over her fruits. The procedure was completed after a couple of minutes, with no surprising acts, and Ying Yue endured silently, knowing it was not the time for mutual affection.

After seeing that all parts of her body were smeared with the green ointment salve, she focused on opening all acupuncture points. Not just the 86 billion in her upper dantian, but also several billion in her spinal cord, and a significant number, up to 150 billion, throughout the rest of her body. Circulating the philosophy mantra inside her head to move Shen essence, she unconsciously guided her body to seep the ointment deep into her skin and acupuncture points. Ying Yue then felt a heavenly sensation, like drinking mint tea in winter while drenching herself under a waterfall.

Like a switch had been flipped, Ying Yue felt her body and existence harmonize with the heavens and earth, enabling her to cultivate the Qigong Body Transformation type. Having achieved the Body Refinement realm, Skin Tempering stages, and the first layer, Ying Yue could now move her internal system as she wished.

Accumulating all kinds of waste from her body, she expelled these impurities, creating a nauseating smell. She quickly removed the liquid from the cave by punching it out, producing a booming sound. Noting that she was able to perfectly pivot and center the forces to avoid making the black stench water splash everywhere, she nodded, knowing she was truly entering the step of cultivating Jing energy and becoming a Body Transformation practitioner.
