"Hear ye, hear ye! Important news from the Celestial King of our Celestial Phoenix Kingdom! The mighty Asura, the phantom who fights against the gods in heaven, has officially opened conscription in this kingdom for all to join the ranks of the Asura Road! All beings are called to test their fate and join in ushering in the new era of the Endless Asura Path!"

"Young lad, i-is it true?! When Asura said all beings, does that include us mortals too?!"

"It's true, elder! It's everyone—from children to the elderly, and even demons! And not only that, but everyone who joins Asura in the war against the fifty-layered heavens will be granted the ability to cultivate by him! No matter what your spiritual roots are, Asura will transform them to be the same as his!"

"Ah… Hahahahahahahahahaha! Heaven is kind to me in my final years! I am finally able to cultivate and achieve longevity! Young man, quickly, tell me! Where do I sign up?"

"Go to the eastern gate of Wulong District, near the Dragon Ridge Pavilion! One of the Asura envoys is currently stationed there to test those willing to take the risk! But beware, the trials are challenging—only those with a firm Dao Heart will be able to join! The Violet Serenity Pagoda is very challenging and might shatter a person's will to live. It will test every type of Mental Demon one has, creating a very depressing and hopeless situation! So be warned, all beings—it is not something to be taken lightly!"

"Hahahaha! No matter, no matter! My bones are already one step away from the grave anyway! Whatever illusions are created, I am sure I will be able to overcome them easily, as I have no other attachments except the desire to become immortal! Hahahaha!"

Hearing a certain elder in the crowd say this, Tian Xing shook his head, guessing the first test might involve losing the status of becoming immortal and being unable to cultivate, similar to the despair he felt in the previous world of Undvik.

"Hmm… Okay, elder. Just go to the eastern gate of Wulong District, near the Dragon Ridge Pavilion. Anyway… Don't miss your chance, all beings! Join the Asura Road today to wage war against the fifty layers of the heavens! To destroy the Veils and open up the new era of the Endless Asura Path!"

Taking the scrolls given to him by the newsboy's friends who brought them to sell to the crowd, Tian Xing chuckled and shook his head, unable to imagine that even this occupation and method of marketing had been adopted by his ancient people. Since he couldn't pay these kids with spirit stones yet, Tian Xing waved his Golden Branch to grant all the children a little extra luck, allowing them to find opportunities a thousand times better than just a single lower-grade spirit stone.

Resuming his walk to Curie's clinic after that brief episode, and thanks to his passive Tian Ming Dao, everyone who glanced at him and his companions didn't recognize or remember him. Tian Xing finally arrived at the clinic but was stunned to see the lady in question closing the door to her clinic while holding the Asura Road scrolls in her hand. Calculating with his fingers, he found the answer that made him chuckle bitterly.

"It seems Sister Curie has already made a commitment and formed a conviction from a simple dream you gave her, Master. She is even eager to be transformed into an Asura race, just so she can find you in the heavens above."

Letting out a complicated sigh after hearing Ying Yue's exclamation, Tian Xing nodded to her while stepping back so that Yue could meet her first. Dropping the passive of Tian Ming Dao to receive the karma of the world, and subsequently hers too, Tian Xing watched as Curie turned around before she finished closing the door to her clinic. Seeing the silver thread instantly turn into a red one, he saw her walking toward him, ignoring Ying Yue completely.

Arriving in front of the master from her dreams, Curie caressed his handsome face for quite a while before snapping out of her daze after hearing the newsboys shouting again. Quickly releasing her hands, she said, "I am sorry, mas—I mean, I am sorry, esteemed expert. I didn't mean to offend you; it's just that you look very much like my master from my previous dream."

Smiling at Curie, Ying Yue replied, "It's okay, Curie. It is not your fault; we are the ones who gave you that dream in the first place. So don't be uptight around us; we are not like those egotistical cultivators."

Raising an eyebrow in puzzlement because she felt this was more than just a dream, Curie was unable to continue questioning, as her attention was drawn to recognizing this stranger. Frowning hard, feeling like she knew this best friend of hers, but the face seemed very different, she then asked, "Excuse me, my lady. Do I happen to know you? It feels like we are friends, but my memory seems to fail me in recognizing you, my lady."

Smiling, knowing that it seemed the Institute's Synth body had truly turned someone into a human with powerful intuition and a subconscious mind, Ying Yue then transformed herself into a female Sole Survivor with a history with Curie.

Eyes widening in surprise, Curie then jumped toward her to hug her in excitement, "ALICE! Where have you been, my friend?! I was worried about you! Don't you know the Minutemen who arrived here have been trying to look for you?! They are all in shambles right now and don't know what to do without their leader!"

Rolling her eyes, thinking of Preston and the many insistent Minutemen help requests, Alice snorted and spat on the ground in disdain, "Even after all this time, they are still dependent, huh? A bunch of lazy-ass militant wannabes."

Giggling, seeing the same old Alice, Curie shook her head and said, "Don't be like that. Even with their insistent requests, I know you have attachments to every one of them. No matter how unproductive they are, they are still our friends and family."

Pausing, remembering a certain subconscious saying, Curie continued, "Hihihihi, moreover, I remember you said that you like having these kinds of requests and are afraid when there is nothing left after the storyline is complete."

Knowing the truth of Curie's words because she was a transmigrator with the Fallout System in the Fallout 4 world, Alice coughed in embarrassment, "Still, they are a bunch of useless militants in my eyes. If it weren't for there being no other option left for the good of the Commonwealth, I might have already chosen the Brotherhood just to get access to some easy, cool armor."

Remembering her previous world as Alice, she then exclaimed, "Speaking of the Brotherhood, how are they? Or the people of the Commonwealth who came into this world? Are they okay? Did you guys split up, or were you placed in the same location?"

Looking toward her master, then at the scrolls of brochures in her hands, and back at Alice, Curie said with a giggling smile, "There is so much to talk about, Alice. How about we chat inside my place? It will take a long time to explain."

Nodding her head, Alice simply said, "Sure, lead the way."
