Sora's POV
"Sora!- Oh shit," Jimin ran up to me but quickly turned to look at Yoongi and Taehyung. They were still rolling on the ground... clawing at each other's throats.
"Taehyung! Stop it, you're bleeding!" Jimin snapped, pulling Taehyung away from Yoongi. They tried to reach for one another again, but Jimin was strong enough to keep them apart.
"Stop it!" Jimin snapped, grabbing onto both Taehyung and Yoongi before dragging them towards the mansion.
"We should talk in my room. I don't want the elders to come home and see this," I sniffled. Yoongi wouldn't look at me and silently followed us to my room.
"Let's calm down, okay?" Jimin cautiously released Taehyung and Yoongi. I sat down on the couch while Yoongi sat on the other end.
"We're not dating," Taehyung wiped the blood off his lips.
"It seems like everyone knows you're dating," Yoongi quietly stared at his feet. Oh my poor baby. I want to hug him but he's still upset...
"Look, I did tell the rich kids that I'm dating Sora but-"
"FUCK. I WAS RIGHT! SEE?! AND YOU'RE OKAY WITH IT?" Yoongi angry stood up to glare at us. My heart hurts. It's complicated.
"Dude calm down and listen before you react," Jimin placed his hand on Yoongi's shoulder, but Yoongi shrugged it off and hastily sat back down.
"It's not her fault. I claimed her as mine without her consent. It was the only way to protect her," Taehyung spoke in a serious tone.
"Tsk, are you some kind of god? Protecting people?" Yoongi turned to glare at Taehyung.
"Does he know about the alphas? And how the system works?" Taehyung turned to ask me. I shook my head.
"No, not yet," I quietly stared at my hands.
"Oh, you're hiding things from me now?" Yoongi asked me coldly.
"Yoongi, please. I swear I'm not," I shook my head sadly. He stared at me for a moment before turning away in difficulty.
"They're not hiding anything, it's just that you're an average. Sora is an average too but she's living amongst us so we had to tell her. It's for the best," Jimin explained as he sat on my bed.
"So start explaining before I lose my shit," Yoongi grumpily folded his arms. Taehyung and I exchanged glances.
"We aren't just rich kid-"
"Yeah, you're also an asshole," Yoongi cuts Taehyung off, causing Taehyung to clench his fist in irritation.
"Listen... I don't want to fight. We aren't just rich kids. We're also the heir of our household. They call us alphas and we're the pillars of our family," Taehyung sighed deeply, but Yoongi didn't seem to believe him.
"Yeah, yeah stop making stuff up," Yoongi dawdled, earning a glare from Taehyung.
"It's not made up, the thing is, we're always in danger. Alphas are like enemies, in the end, there can only be one strongest alpha and that's the supreme alpha. So we compete, if we don't compete then we'll die so we have to compete because there's at least a chance of survival," Taehyung leaned against the couch.
"So alpha kills each other? Is this a k-drama?" Yoongi chuckled sarcastically.
"It might sound like one, but believe me you won't be laughing if you're in it," Taehyung smirked at Yoongi.
"So what does this have to do with you stealing my girlfriend?" Yoongi turned to look at me and Taehyung. Yoongi... it's not like that...
"I didn't steal her, she's yours. I can't steal a person who doesn't want to be stolen. She really loves you. Anyways, Alphas form allies with other households. I allied with Jimin's household and my cousin's. We become stronger with allies because when things go wrong... I still have the other households backing me up," Taehyung nodded. Yoongi turned to look at me with sadness in his eyes... but I could tell he was still upset with me.
"An alpha can protect anything or anyone, but we mostly protect our family and allies. In this case, your girlfriend is in danger so I claimed her- to protect her," Taehyung shrugged.
"W-what. How does that work?" Yoongi turned to look at us in confusion...
"Taehyung took Sora to our private university and it didn't turn out well," Jimin smiled weakly. Yeah, I ended up having a mafia daughter plotting my death.
"I'm sorry about that. I shouldn't have taken her there. An Alpha girl from another household confessed to me, but I don't like her," Taehyung grimaced at the thought of Mira.
"So you said Sora is your girlfriend because you don't like that alpha girl?" Yoongi questioned Taehyung with one of his eyebrows raised.
"Well... yeah. But that's not the whole point. That alpha girl- her household is involved with the dark side. Mafias," Taehyung pursed his lips.
"So claiming Sora as your girlfriend will keep her safe?" Yoongi stared at Taehyung. He's dumbfounded.
"Yeah, the rules of the game are that no alpha can touch or hurt another's alpha possessions. The mafia can't hurt any alphas, but they can hurt ordinary people. And your girlfriend is an average- which means they can harm her. So I had no choice but to claim her as my girlfriend. If I don't, she will be vulnerable to the mafias," Taehyung uncrossed his arms. Yoongi hesitated in silence after listening to Taehyung's explanation. Taehyung and I exchanged nervous glances again. Please believe us.
"Huh, this is weird," Yoongi muttered.
"You should thank Taehyung. He's risking his life to protect her. His only duties are to protect his families and allies but now he's protecting another person. They can only harm Sora only if they can take Taehyung down. He needs to die first before they can harm her," Jimin glanced at Taehyung.
"Is all this even real?" Yoongi asked, rubbing his forehead in frustration. I don't think Yoongi will believe it, and that's why I'm nervous because none of it sounds real.
"I was there to witness, it's real I can assure you that," Jimin reassured Yoongi.
"We wanted to tell you. I told Sora I was gonna talk to you about it. You found out sooner than expected because of my asshole cousin who loves to induce chaos," Taehyung sighed... and got onto his feet.
"So you didn't cheat on me?" Yoongi turned to look at me.
"No, I would never cheat on you," I bit my lower lips. Never will I ever cheat on you, Yoongi.
"Dude, I've never seen a girl so proud of her boyfriend. I mean- my big bike is way better than your mini red scooter, but man, your girlfriend is crazy about that scooter of yours. She's a keeper so stop doubting her," Taehyung chuckled, patting Yoongi's shoulder.
"Ahh~" Yoongi sighed in relief as he ran his fingers through his hair.
"We'll get going now," Taehyung announced and left my room with Jimin.
"You seriously told them about my mini-scooter?" Yoongi turned to smile at me. Ah yes. He's smiling again.
"Of course," I weakly smiled at him.
"I'm glad it was just a misunderstanding. I didn't know about their crazy game," Yoongi darted me an apologetic look.
"I'll fix your wounds for you," I got up to grab the first aid kit.
"Does it hurt?" I asked, cleaning up his little cuts.
"It stings," He flinched as I gently cleaned the wound.
"You really thought I would cheat on you?" I asked while staring into his eyes.
"No, it felt wrong to accuse you of cheating. I'm glad you didn't and I'm sorry for the way I reacted," Yoongi apologized, placing his hands against my cheek.
"I'm sorry for not telling you sooner," I shook and put the first aid kit away.
"It's not your fault, for a moment I thought my life is over. I felt this weird stabbing pain in my chest and I hated it," Yoongi blankly stared at the wall.
"I felt it too, it's love," I sat on his lap and pulled him closer to me.
"It's love..." He whispered, leaning towards me. I ran my fingers through his hair while I kissed him. Yoongi closed the gap between us and grazed his fingers down my spine. The room suddenly heated up as we kissed on the couch. God, no one in the right mind would cheat on this sunshine.

BEEP. BEEP.
My alarm went off in the morning. Yoongi was still asleep, so I quickly turned off the alarm and rolled on the bed to rub my face.
"Good morning Jagi~," Yoongi muttered, turning to pull me into a tight hug. I exhaled and buried my face into his chest.
"Good morning. How are you feeling?" I asked and placed my hand on his chest.
"Good, but sleepy," He chuckled, reaching down to feel my hand.
"You can sleep in. I have to attend the university. It's my first day," I smiled, giving him an innocent peck before getting off the bed.
"No~ my jagi~," Yoongi groaned, cutely reaching out for me. I chuckled at him and made my way into the bathroom to get ready for school.
"I'll leave now," I leaned in to give Yoongi a kiss on the forehead and headed out of my room.
"Sora! Are you ready for school?" Eomma smiled at me as I entered the dining room for breakfast.
"A bit nervous," I replied after sitting down beside her.
"Where's appa?" I asked, glancing around the room. He's nowhere to be found.
"Your father went out with Mr. Jeon," Mrs. Kim smiled while pouring some tea for my mother.
"Oh yeah, we'll have a little talk with you after school," Eomma informed me anxiously.
"Araso," I glanced at her suspiciously. They didn't come here because they missed me, did they? I slowly chewed my food... lost in my thoughts. The driver took me to school after I had my breakfast.
"Oh no," I whispered, and got off the car when I noticed the stares from every direction. I hate the attention I receive, it makes me uncomfortable. I nervously made my way to my first lecture... keeping my eyes on the ground. University is even more stressful than I thought it was. I madly scribbled down the notes.
"Hey," A few girls greeted, sitting beside me.
"Hey..." I replied shyly as they settled down.
"I'm Sohee, you are?" The girl with long black hair smiled at me.
"Jang Sora," I smiled at her. She nodded and turned to look at her friends.
"So, you're the new rich girl everyone is talking about?" She asked, turning to look at me with a curious expression.
"Ah ani. I'm not rich," I smiled and shook my head.
"Yeah, I mean no one is richer than Sohee in this school," A girl with short brown hair huffed and smirked at me. Ah never mind... they aren't nice.
"But we saw you this morning. Only the chaebols own that kind of car. Sohee doesn't even own one," Another girl questioned, leaning forward to grin at me... earning a glare from Sohee.
"Whatever, just know that you won't beat me," Sohee turned to smile at me. What... I don't even care.
"What's the matter?" I asked, turning to look at her dully.
"Just saying that no one is more perfect than I am," She shrugged while playing with her hair. Aish, such pride. She's barely an average compared to the alphas.
"Tsk, maybe there is someone now," I smiled, getting up onto my feet.
"What did you say?" Sohee huffed, grabbing onto my arm as she glared at me in surprise.
"Don't touch me," I pushed her hand off my arm before making my way out of the class. Wow, I thought they wanted to be friends. Is that all they care about? Wealth? The entire day was pretty boring, all I did was write down notes and did some research.
"Hey Sora," Sohee appeared beside me with a handsome-looking guy. I didn't answer her and kept my eyes on the gate... waiting for the driver to pick me up.
"Minhyuk should we take your car?" Sohee asked while eyeing me with a smug expression. What's wrong with her? Does she think I'd be jealous of her?
"Anything for my princess," The guy grinned, squeezing her cheeks. Eww, I wanna puke.
"Minhyuk here is one of the wealthiest guys on campus. You'd love to take a ride in his car," Sohee smiled proudly at me. Ahh... she's giving me a headache. I really don't give a fuck.
"Woah..." Minhyuk gasped when a big black bike stopped in front of the gate.
"Who's that?" Sohee and the others whispered. Everyone turned to stare at the person. I suddenly broke into a slight smile when I recognized him.
"That bike is ten times more expensive than your boyfriend's car," I smiled, turning to look at her.
"Tsk, I know," Sohee turned to look at the guy enviously. Gold digger...
"Who's that...? That dude is damn rich," Minhyuk whispered as Taehyung took off his helmet.
"Stop daydreaming Sora-shi... you'll never be as rich-"
"Sora!" Taehyung waved at me excitedly when he spotted me, making Sohee's mouth drop open in shock.
"You know him?" Sohee turned to look at me with her eyes wide open.
"I do. I guess you should stop bragging about your wealth now. Loser," I smirked at her before walking off.
"Yah-"
"I'll drive carefully. I promise," Taehyung chuckled, placing the helmet on my head and tightened the chin strap for me.
"Araso," I nodded and hopped onto the bike.
"Anneong~" I waved smugly at Sohee and Minhyuk as they stood at the gate with a dumbfounded expression. Sohee looked as if she was slapped in the face with a brick.
