"Taehyung! What's going on?!" Jimin asked and got onto his feet when he saw his friend dragging me out of the house in a hurry.
"Get in," Taehyung pushed me into his car.
"Yah?!" Jimin snapped, slipping into the back seat with me in confusion.
"Uljima... TAEHYUNG WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING?!" Jimin snapped. He patted my back anxiously before turning to scold Taehyung as he hastily started the engine.
"ARGH! WHAT THE FUCK!- SLOW DOWN!!!" Jimin yelped when Taehyung zoomed out of the mansion at full speed. The car accelerated so fast, my body slammed flat against the seat. I gripped the armrest and lowered my head in fear.
"YAHHHH! WE'RE GONNA DIE! AHHH!" Jimin screamed, leaning against the seat in horror, and gripped tightly onto his seatbelt.
"SORA!" Jimin yelped. I smacked my head against the left window when Taehyung made a sharp turn without any warning. Ow, my head...
"COME HERE!" Jimin gasped, pulling me into a tight hug with one arm to hold me in place. What's going on? Taehyung... he's out of control!
"Yah!" Jimin exhaled in relief when we finally came to a stop. I kept my eyes shut throughout the entire trip to hell. I made it out alive...?
"Taehyung you're scaring her!" Jimin scolded with his arm around my shoulder to comfort me. I couldn't stop the tears from flowing down my cheeks, so I pursed my lips and refused to look up. W-what the hell is going on...?
"Come on," Taehyung gritted, hastily dragging me into the university with a blank expression. W-what is he doing?! Why are we here?!
"WHICH ONE OF YOU DID THIS?!" Taehyung bellowed, pulling me into the building filled with students. No! I want to go home. Why won't he leave me alone?!
"All of us. I see... she went to get her big boy," Sohee dawdled smugly and smirked at Taehyung. This is a mistake. We'll all get in trouble. I wanted to say something, but Jimin shook his head to hold me back.
"Wah- I adore your bravery," Taehyung chuckles in disbelief. He's mad, he's really mad... he's burning. I can feel it- his heated wrath...
"Taehyung we should head back- this isn't necessary. Come on- WOAH WOAH!" Jimin yelled, backing away in terror when Taehyung drew out a handgun from his pocket.
"What the fuck," Jimin cursed. He drew me away from Taehyung with his eyes wide open. People in the building gasped in fear.
"Now, should I play with you first... or everyone all at once? How many bullets do prefer? One? Two? Three?" Taehyung dully questioned, aiming the gun at Sohee, who stood frozen in fear.
I sucked in my breath when I felt the room growing tense. Where the hell did he get that?! BANG!- an ear-splitting sound went off, causing my ear to buzz with static noises. Did I go deaf? He shot someone... HE SHOT SOMEONE! I smacked my head repeatedly to get rid of the static sound- and suddenly... I heard frantic screaming all over the building as people fled in chaos.
"Sora, I think we should leave- BANG!" Taehyung fired again, making everyone stop dead in fear. Jimin paused in dread and glanced at me with a nervous look when I refused to budge.
"S-sora..." Jimin stuttered in fright with his mouth hanging open.
"Why is everyone panicking? I didn't even hurt anyone yet? Ahh~ no fun," Taehyung chuckled darkly while waving the gun in the air.
"H-he didn't shoot anyone," I gulped, turning to look at Jimin who was also trembling in fear.
"Tae-Taehyung this isn't right-"
"SHUT UP! They deserve this!" Taehyung snapped at Jimin, causing him to turn stiff. Maybe he'll listen to me... maybe...
"Should we begin the interrogation?" Taehyung waved the gun in the air, causing everyone to hold in their breath. He pressed his tongue against the side of his cheek and dangerously observed the crowd with his dull expression.
"Spare us- I promise I won't hurt her anymore," Sohee sobbed in tears. She was trembling in fright.
"Oh? You're sorry!" Taehyung laughed, pressing the gun against her head. Sohee immediately shut her eyes in horror.
"Taehyung!" I finally called out. He paused and turned to look at me. Sora! What did you do? What do I do?! Why did you call him? WHAT THE FUCK, YOU'RE CRAZY. I have to do something!
"Ha-hajima," I approached Taehyung cautiously. He won't hurt me, right?
"I'm really fine- You don't have to hurt anyone- Don't get yourself in trouble," I pleaded and reached out for the gun he was pressing against Sohee's head. My heart raced so fast- I felt like I was choking. Everyone watched us in silence as I attempted to convince Taehyung.
"You don't have to do this, okay? I'll transfer school," I wrapped my shaky fingers around the gun to secure it. Taehyung stared at me but didn't say anything, so I wasn't sure what he was thinking. I felt like passing out on the spot... but I kept the firm eye contact with him. Just don't look away-
"Are you happy? You want me to dismiss their malicious acts?" Taehyung asked blankly. Am I happy? No of course not but...
"I am... please. Stop. Listen to me Taehyung, don't do this," I swallowed the lump in my throat and slowly drew the gun away from Sohee's head, who was trembling with her eyes closed. I'M GONNA DIE! I'M GONNA DIE. SHUT UP SORA! YOU GOT THIS!- SMACK! Taehyung suddenly dropped to the floor when an external force blasted into him from the back.
"Whooh! That was close!" A person chuckled nervously. I glanced up in shock to find Seokjin standing before me. My eyes grew wide open as I stared at Taehyung, who was now lying unconsciously on the floor, then averted my eyes to Seokjin, who was holding a chair in his hands.
"W-what the..." I stuttered and stared at him in disbelief. Seokjin effortlessly tossed the chair away and wiped the sweat off his forehead in relief.
"This is how you disable a fucking psychopath! You don't talk to the madman!" Seokjin snapped at me disapprovingly as he placed both his hands on his hip.
"Oh," I whispered, handing him the gun in my hand... dumbfounded by his unexpected appearance. Is Taehyung dead?
"WHAT THE FUCK! AH!" Seokjin yelped in panic when I shifted the gun toward him, so I halted in confusion.
"WHAT!?" I snapped at Seokjin. He immediately raised his hands in the air and surrendered to me.
"STOP POINTING THE GUN AT ME!" Seokjin screamed in a panic while keeping his eyes glued on the gun in fear.
"Oh..." I muttered, dropping my hand down in realization. Right.
"Give it to me," Jimin carefully took the gun out of my hand.
"Hah! That didn't scare me! That was nothing... hehe. I was just pretending, aren't I funny?" Seokjin laughed uncomfortably and wiped his forehead again.
"You were definitely joking haha," Jimin mocked, so Seokjin grimaced at him. Jimin knelt down beside Taehyung's unconscious body on the floor to check on his condition.
"Aish! This- hadsghdghjskdh! " Seokjin whispered in annoyance as he silently pretended to kick and punch Jimin from the back in irritation.
"He's still breathing," Jimin muttered, turning to look at Seokjin, so Seokjin abruptly stopped trying to fake punch Jimin and dropped his hands with a flustered look.
"Hmm, good. What are you looking at!? Go home before this psychopath murders all of you!" SeokJin turned to snap at the students, making them back away in fear, and everyone fled the building. Sohee shot me a frightened look and sprinted off with the others.
"Pabo," Jin whispered, pretending to punch Jimin from the back again as if he really wanted to beat him, but the moment Jimin turned around again- Seokjin stopped and pretended to smile instead.
"How did you find us?" I questioned as I watched Jimin heave Taehyung with ease.
"Tsk. This jerk almost ran his car into my car! I wanted to confront him, so I followed him and BAM! I came into this shabby school to find this fool waving a gun around at the average! Hah!- I always knew he was a psychopath!" Seokjin shrugged, following Jimin out of the building.
"Why did you intervene? It's unlike you," Jimin muttered, carefully placing Taehyung in the back seat before turning to look at Seokjin with an unsettled expression.
"Yah, are you doubting me?!" Seokjin huffed with his hands on his hips in annoyance. Like an old grandma.
"No, it's just odd. The Kim Seokjin I know will never get his hands dirty," Jimin tilted his head to the side with a suspicious expression.
"Huh!... This guy... I was just being helpful-- I can't believe this..." Seokjin scoffed at Jimin in disbelief.
"Yah! I'm not stupid! Why did you get involved?!" Jimin snapped at Seokjin, so the second-rank alpha flared his nose at Jimin in irritation. Seokjin raised his fist in an attempt to punch Jimin, but he stopped mid-way.
"What? You want to punch me?" Jimin questioned while glaring at Seokjin, who quickly lowered his fist and turned to kick the pebbles instead.
"You're so ungrateful!" Seokjin gritted, funnily poking Jimin's chest. Seokjin seemed hella annoyed. Which is kinda hilarious.
"Ya-"
"Go home! Take that psychopath home! I'm leaving! So ungrateful... aish~" Seokjin grumbled like a sixty-year-old grandpa and walked away from us. Jimin drove us home after the incident and he decided to stay at the mansion with us. The elders weren't home and Jungkook was nowhere to be found, so the mansion was pretty much empty when we arrived.
"His nose is bleeding..." I whispered, gently dabbing Taehyung's nose as he rested unconsciously on the bed.
"Don't worry, it's a good indication," Jimin smiled reassuringly at me as he applied some traditional Korean balm on Taehyung's head.
"How is it good? He's bleeding," I stared at Taehyung anxiously...
"The blood is flowing out, which means there's a low chance of suffering a blood clot in his brain," Jimin chuckled quietly. Oh. I turned to stare at Taehyung again. He seems vulnerable when he's unconscious.
"Hey... I'm sorry you had to witness the unpleasant side of Taehyung," Jimin suddenly patted my back, so I snapped out of my thoughts and blinked at Jimin.
"It's fine. I'm only getting to know him... but he almost killed-"
"No no, that's not Taehyung. I mean yeah, when he first pulled out the gun- I wasn't sure if he'll actually harm anyone. But he fired two warning shots and that's when I realized he wasn't going to hurt anyone. He acts on his impulse, but I'm sure he didn't intend to hurt anyone. He was just threatening them," Jimin smiled while shaking his head, then turned to look at Taehyung.
"I doubt that," I chuckled sarcastically when I recalled the unpleasant incident between Taehyung and Minhyuk. He'd probably break my neck if I provoked him.
