Chapter 82 Double Pregnancy?

Finally Lili was home and it was sort of great, she had a father, Edgar was apparently her half brother as they shared a father but had a different mother, Speaking of which Hilma was father's wife and she was quite a beautiful woman indeed. However Hilma was also quite a cold and sad woman as well and quick to make sure that Accalia was not allowed to eat at the same table as they.

Well this was quite understandable after all Hilma had just lost two of her boys in the war against the feral Lycan's. Which was quite a tragedy for Lili as well as the two were her big brothers who she now could never get to meet.

The two boys had also been quite important for their house as well since they were supposed to be wed to the two royal Princesses. Like so father Leo intended to insure that their house would hold power for all of eternity and possibly at some point become to rule over all the lands of Albion.

Princess Eadlin and Aileen would be essentially made to give birth to strong male airs that would carry the Lionheart family name and then come to inherit the throne of Albion. But sadly this plan of father's had with her brother's deaths fallen to the shit.

And so with the two of them gone father seemed offly quick to forget these plans and instead turn to her. Why was this and what did father want her to do she didn't know, but quite quickly to Lilis and everyone else's surprise father decided to name her as his legitimate daughter.

He even had them hold a quick ceremony where this was officially announced to a small crowd of onlookers. Which were mostly just some local knights who held some minor pieces of land around the castle and such minor people.

Although Hilma didn't seem too pleased with seeing her becoming a legitimate daughter of the Lionheart family as she was supposed to just be a bastard apparently. Well nonetheless Lili now held the Lionheart family name and so she was now called Lili Lionheart which she did quite like.

To actually have a family name, to have a family even if it was small and to have Accalia and Terminator there at her side, to Lili it was like a dream come true. And honestly as horrible as that man's defilement of her and Accalia was Lili felt like here she could get over all of it in due time.

Under these circumstances Lili spent a whole two weeks within the Lionheart home castle, called castle Leo. Each night she would sleep within her own large room that had a nice king-sized bed where Accalia would keep her company as they slept together in peace.

In the mornings she would eat with her family, minus Accalia and happily watch her father eat who didn't say much except his occasional greetings to her. And though she usually wasn't one to eat a whole lot, here she had somehow started to develop more of an appetite possibly due to the great chefs in the kitchen.

Then later in the day she would have fun with Accalia, Terminator, Edgar or simply all of them at once, and together they would go explore town, help look for lost children, play hide and seek or simply just learn about all the things in town and its people. They even managed to save a frightened cat from a tree.

Later in the day they would then return home where Lili would usually accompany Edgar to watch him study math, geography, languages and such things, and a few times each week he would also study the art of warfare and practice sword fighting. However Edgar well educated as he was from a young age did get distracted easily and quickly lost interest in subjects he didn't really care about. During these occasions she luckily was there now to cheer him on along with Accalia.

Like so Lili kept herself busy as she tried to not think of that what had happened in the Inn. She didn't want to think about any of it, however deep down she knew she would need to face those painful memories again. Her people, the ones who looked up to her as a leader were still there waiting for her.

Because of this Lili tried her best to push back all the negative thoughts within herself as she slowly prepared herself for whatever was to come. She couldn't be afraid, not even of him, no, she needed to be strong and face him and, and, well she didn't really know what she was going to do if she ever saw him, but she was for sure going to do something, right?

But even so everything here was most definitely not as straight forward as it had first seemed. Just after a week had passed Accalia began lactating, her breasts were slowly growing and being filled with milk.

Having seen it Lili was stunned, she couldn't understand what was going on although Accalia was quick to call it by saying that she was pregnant. Quickly Lili had gone to inform her father who actually for once seemed to have an extremely strong surprised reaction to this news.

In haste the family's personal doctor had been called, who was in fact just the local priest and his two nuns. And indeed the three holy professionals were quick to say the same thing.

Accalia was indeed pregnant, which was something Lili couldn't quite believe, all she could do was let out gasps of shock as she searched her head for answers.

She felt like crying for Accalia's sake, the poor woman had been pregnant time and time again, and each time her babies had been taken away from her, and now finally when she was in a safe place she was made to carry such an evil, brutish man's baby. Truly life was just too cruel.

With a great many tiers in her big deep blue eyes Lili had called out Accalia's name as she hugged the poor woman as tightly as she could. Again and again she asked for her forgiveness, if it wasn't for her stupidity then Accalia wouldn't need to go through something as horrible as this.

But as much as she wanted to apologize Accalia herself wasn't mad at her in the least. In fact Accalia seemed to be alright with this turn of events and actually said that it wasn't all that bad as at least the man was strong and so her offspring would surely be as well.

Truly Lycan's were quite the weird bunch, but if Accalia was alright with it then Lili would be also. Whatever happened she would make sure to keep this baby safe for Accalia's sake and treat him or her like family.

Even Duke Leo seemed to agree with this although his expression seemed complicated. Clearly this had made him think of something troublesome as he was quick to return to his office to think of something.

But the troubles didn't end there as Lili herself also began lactating during the second week. Her breasts felt tender, they were growing as was her appetite and her moody behaviour. She didn't want to believe it, but she too was pregnant with that man's child.

Somehow the man's powerful seed had gotten them both at the same time. For Lili this felt so unreal, it was so strange and she really didn't know what to think about it.

Just how was it that she had suddenly at such an early age in this life found herself in this situation. In the beginning she had barely been able to come to terms with the fact that she was a girl to begin with, and after that she swore to never let a man touch her in an intimate way. She was ready to be a virgin for the rest of her life here and yet now she was actually fucking pregnant and with a man who's name she didn't even know.

Oh how she just wanted to stay in bed and cry her eyes out as Accalia attempted to comfort her. She felt like such an idiot and a weakling, just how could she have let that man do this to her? Surely there had to have been something that she could have done to prevent this?

So many thoughts ran through her mind, she even thought of trying to get rid of this baby for its sake and hers. She wasn't ready for this and she didn't want to bring a baby into a broken fatherless family like what she had here.

But using her magical vision she could clearly see it moving there within her. She could feel life there, even if it might have been small and quite simplistic. It clearly was alive, it had a will of its own, and a soul as well. And so she faltered and just decided to accept her fate as she usually always did.

Although her cries of misery were short lived, as her father apparently was now in a rush to have her meet some man or something like that, before she gave birth and rumours of her being a naughty girl spread. Lilis mind was a hazy mess and she didn't really want to listen to her father at all, she just wanted to stay home and cry in Accalia's arms.

But her father was insistent. Apparently her fate had already been decided years ago. She was to be married off to one of Father's childhood friends who were now the rulers of this land, and in doing so she was to solidify their families place within the kingdom. He didn't say who she was to be married to as it was apparently a surprise.

But how could she marry some random man? There was no way she could do that in a million years, she would much rather run away back into the underground before she let any man touch her again. Besides she was carrying someone's child, how could any man really accept marrying a pregnant woman? Not only was this wrong regarding that man, but it felt so wrong for her as well.

With all her might she protested against her father's decision, she didn't want to go, especially not to the capital where she was to meet this man. Apparently the final victory celebration party was yet to be held between the nobles and it was set to take place in the capital where all the nobles of the kingdom were supposed to gather.

However in the end the maids managed to dress her up, make her hair and light makeup, pack her things into the carriage and then Father picked her up like an angry little cat and shoved her into the carriage.

From the window of the carriage Lili could only watch in distress as Accalia waved goodbye to her from atop Terminator. She wanted to wave back at them, but she was quickly pulled back onto her seat by her father who kept a close eye on her.

Like so her time in her family's home castle quickly came to an end and she was sent back to the capital with her father, grumpy Hilma and Edgar there by her side. Finding herself in such a miserable situation Lili was quick to fall into a state of depression as she wandered would she ever truly be able to find peace within this life.

Why couldn't she just find a stable place for herself within this world and just live in peace. She wanted a place where there would be no conflict, no mean people, plenty of food and such, and so everyone could simply just live in peace and be friends. But instead her life had been such a miserable one from the very beginning here and it seemed that it would not get any better any time soon.

There was of course some good as well, but if she was seriously going to be forced into some unhappy marriage with some random man, and some arrogant rich fat fuck at that, then she honestly didn't know what she was going to do.

Within this medieval world women didn't hold much rights, she would essentially be her man's property. The man could do whatever he wanted to her and even beat her if she miss spoke or did something he didn't like.

Just the thought of this sent her even further into a state of depression. Even the father that she had so desired to meet didn't seemingly care about her at all. He didn't ask her anything and just wanted to sell her off to gain some power and prestige or whatever. The man hadn't even once asked her about her time in the forest or told her anything about her mother. He just smiled and said not to think about useless things as it was all in the past now and soon she would be a happily married woman.

For whatever reason he seemed so sure that she would love the man that she was about to meet, even though he hadn't even asked her what type of people she liked to begin with. He didn't know her and he obviously didn't seem to care? This man just saw her as a tool to be used to further advance his goals. He probably didn't even care about his wife or son, were they also just tools to him?

Thinking of all of this, dark thoughts had quickly begun to form within Lilis mind. And within that carriage she had begun to quickly find herself falling into the lowest and most miserable state of being that she had ever before been in. She just wanted to get away from it all, she wanted to be free and alone from all this hardship and misery for once.

Couldn't she just finally find happiness and peace? From the very beginning her life here had constantly been like this, full of ups and downs like a very miserable rollercoaster that never seemed to find stability and had no end to it. Just what had she done to deserve this fate anyway?
