Each hotel would have a five-person evaluation team, with the remaining four members arriving in the afternoon or the next day. The evaluation team would typically stay at the hotel for about half a month, assessing the hotel comprehensively on aspects like room management, support services, facility scale, restaurant and decoration facilities, and more.

In the end, each evaluation team would determine whether the hotel would be upgraded or downgraded based on the results of their scores. 

If the hotel passed the evaluation, it could be upgraded to a five-star hotel and join the Yeshan Industry Association. If it failed, it would face a downgrade. A downgrade to four stars would put the hotel in a one-year probation period, where it would need to pass a re-evaluation to retain its association membership, with its star rating restored the following year based on the results.

However, a downgrade to three stars or the removal of stars would result in the hotel being expelled from the association and losing its five-star status.

"Offering guests free PPT services, this hotel owner is really bold!" The bald man chuckled, jotting down a few more notes under the "Other" category and marking a star next to it, considering this service a highlight of the hotel's operations.
