Before Jimmy could ask anything else, time resumed.

"V-Vreth?! You're awake, my son!" exclaimed Rose, Vreth's mother, as she attempted to leap and hug her son. 

Jimmy swiftly jumped off the bed, dodging Rose's hug. He knew that if he let her hug him, he'd lose one more inch of his *horsey.* 

But Rose relentlessly tried to hug him. Jimmy kept dodging her attempts until he finally shouted, "Mom, I'm okay! But my body is in pain right now! I can't hug you, even though I *really* want to from the depths of my heart." 

Jimmy's eyes momentarily drifted to Rose's busty K cup tits as he gulped his saliva lustfully. 

"I can't let her sense the difference, or I might end up in big trouble..." Jimmy thought to himself. 

"V-Vreth, d-did you just call me 'Mom'?" Rose stammered, her hands trembling as she looked at him in shock. 

"Uh-yeah, what about it?" Jimmy replied, confused by her reaction. 

"B-but you never call me your mom!" 

"Huh? Did Vreth call her something else, like Mama or something? Ugh..." Jimmy felt a twinge of panic. 

Rose slowly approached him, her face showing an indescribable expression. Jimmy, sensing danger, prepared to dodge her again.

The last thing Jimmy saw before darkness enveloped him was Rose's towering figure. 

"Warm!" he thought as his vision darkened. He assumed he was going to wake up and go through everything all over again.

"Vreth, my son! Thank you for accepting me as your mother, Thank you for forgiving me for my actions!" Rose cried out as she hugged him tightly. 

"What?!" Vreth muttered, recalling the Sage's words about *Vreth's stepmother.* 

"Aha, so it's a stepmother complexity I guess," Vreth thought. 

"Ugh... Yeah, Mom. I accept you as my mother," he said with a forced smile while wriggling out of Rose's embrace. 

But before he could fully escape, Rose hugged him again, even tighter this time. 

"Oh, my son! Thank you, thank you for accepting me!" 

"Fuck, did I have to say that now?!" Vreth cursed himself as he struggled to breathe. 

"Mo-m... Can you... please let me go!" Vreth gasped. 

"Oh, my son! I'm sorry..." Rose immediately released him. 

*cough* *cough* 

Vreth finally caught his breath. 

"I can understand now how girls feel during a deep throat fuck," Vreth muttered under his breath, still wheezing.

Vreth and Rose were seated at a small table, sipping tea. 

"Hmm... So, Mom is saying I was in a coma for two years straight?" Vreth asked, placing his cup down. 

"Yes, my son. You were fighting in the Heir Competition of the Golemsi Family against your nephew. He was already at the Dou Han 7th Stage, while you were only at the 1st. He defeated you, and in the final moments, he used his ancestor's inherited skill—the *Eternal Dark Bound* spell. You were on the verge of death." 

"Hmm... Then how did I end up in a coma instead of dying?" 

"Mom loves you, my son! I just had to sacrifice one stage of my cultivation to save you." 

"You did what?!"

"Sage!" Vreth called out in his mind.

"Cursed?" 

Vreth turned his head and saw two glowing red circles behind his shoulders. 

"What's that, Mom?" 

"Oh, I forgot you lost your memory Vreth... Those are curse seals that appeared when you were born." 

"What's their purpose?" 

"They are Void Nirvana Seals that slow down your cultivation by 20 times." 

"20 TIMES?!" Vreth exclaimed inwardly.

"First, I need to gather information about everything that involves. Then, I'll deal with you Sage," Vreth resolved. 

"So, where's Dad, Mom?" Vreth asked, trying to gain more information about his new body.

Rose's eyes widened at his question. Her expression turned shameful and sad as she lowered her head. 

"Huh, what happened, Mom?" Vreth asked, seeing her totally lowered and silent.

Her trembling voice, mixed with a hint of embarrassment, broke the silence. 

"Your father is dead... and... and I-I was the one to.... Kill him!!"
