The two who have jonin talents are Eichi and Daisuke they both have good talent .they both don't have surname as only clan or high ranking nobles as them.after our training I started to guide them in there training day after day .All the children have good talent and are hard working .

Now my chakra as almost genin level so I can use normal ninjustus I started to practice seals and also let children start to practice them so they can make faster seals .

After training when I was walking I saw the village have not enough facilty like medical,

School etc .In the whole village only grandma was literate .In this era where everything was controlled by Daimyō , noble and clans where can commoner can study and have knowledge only grandma can read and write .

At home I talked to grandma about that she said she talk to everyone about it after some thought I also asked her name the she said her name was Saya . So, I started to call her grandma Saya she is like this village chief so everyone listen to her .

The next morning after waking up and doing my physical training I started my chakra training first I started with tree climbing that was really difficult because of fear of height I have after some thought I finally started that took about two hours to climb at the top of the tree after that i washed up in the river water and go at center of the village to talk about various things that I talked to grandma about after I got ther everyone started to call me little adult and I was shy because they were alll teasing me about my behaviour like a adult .

So I talked about stabilizing a school so every children can learn about ninja and learn how to read and write grandma Saya and old man fujin supported it after some listening everyone also supported it .

So, the first school in the village was stabilized or even in the whole ninja world first school.
