Ray was just a normal E-class awakener, but a faithful purple crystal changed everything.

Through the purple crystal, a "system" activated inside him, which could allow him to get stronger the more he spreads his genes.

Necromancer, wizard, martial artist to sorcerer - every single skill was possible as long as he spread his genes.  

From that moment, Ray walked the path of spreading his genes "for the sake of humanity."

Ray focused on the independent space he was now connected to, where numerous weapons were stored.

"Ray," Evelyn tugged at his sleeve, her voice slightly shaky as she felt overwhelmed by the new sensations.

"It's fine, we'll pull through," Ray reassured her softly. "I'll go in first, and you all give me support."

"I'll go too, boss," Greg immediately offered. "I know my power isn't on par with yours, but when it comes to destructive force, I'm the best."

Ray tensed his legs, channelling his power as his muscles twitched and veins bulged. The ground beneath him began to crack as he leaped into the air.

The soldiers stood around with lazy expressions, some even stifling yawns.

"You really think Ray will come?" one of them asked, his voice filled with doubt.
