James appeared in the research room just after finishing breakfast to find Ava and Dago working together on projects at separate tables.

Dago got up looking at him. "Hey, Mate. How you doing?"

James frowned. "I'm doing good why you ask? Oh yeah. The bite wound. Yeah it hurts in all I'm-" He stopped because Dago gave him a rude jester with both his hands. He laughed. "Alright. Enough with the bullshit. How's it going with your girl?"

Dago frowned leaning against the side of a desk. "What do you mean?"

"Is she comfortable here? How is adjusting to being in her condition? Does she understand what's happening with her body change that his happening to her metabolic system?" He asked him.

Dago gave him a side eye gaze. "What the hell are you talking about? Just ask it."

James sighed. "She's going into heat for you and I'm wondering if she understands that likely she will be pregnant with your first child soon." He said bluntly.

Dago grinned. "Oh. Yeah. She knows that but we've only been enchanting the forest a few weeks now. She does rather enjoy my endurance charm."

James stared at him. "Damn. You think your hot shit now huh? I'm still going have more children then you are, Sir. Malfoys aren't none for having a lot of kids."

Dago stared at him. "The hell you are. It's a dawn of a new age. I'm more then happy to break tradition. Bellatrix has four half siblings and several cousins, uncles and aunts." He said.

James leaned back against the side of a desk and folded his arms across his chest. "Are you challenging me bro?"

Dago smiled. "Mate. You don't want to go there. I got the time more then you do now a days with your creating wonders and all that shit."

James started to say something but stopped and straightened up. Dago took out his wand.

"What it is?" Dago asked.

James took his arm and went into a Apparition. They stood in the forest area with Bellatrix as she was on her knees before a tall bulky man with honey golden eyes and long dirty brown dreadlocks. He frowned at James.

"Mr. James Potter." The man said.

James stared up at his eyes watching the man quickly become angry. "I am. Who might you be Sir?" He asked.

The just stared at him. James stared back him. A silence continued between them. Dago was annoyed by this and reached for Bellatrix's arm to help her up. The man beat Dago aside.

James lifted his hand and shield of crystal energy appeared and punched the man back a few steps. The man roared and charged at him only to be pushed back again by the shield.

The man disappeared and appeared behind James only to be stroke down my lightning repeatedly. James turned around slowly to face the man as he was driven to his knees before James glaring up at him and kept trying to rise but the lightning attacks kept coming until Angus appeared and kicked the man back away from James.

"Got it son help your friend." Angus said.

James walked away toward were Dago lay on the ground blood around him and half of his face scared. "Help me please. I can't get up!" Bellatrix called after him. James reached down taking Dago's hand and lifted him to his feet.

Dago hissed as the wound on his face started to heal up. "Shit! That hurt. Thanks mate." He said and touched the side of his face to feel the scars begin to heal up. He looked at James. "Will I become-"

James shook his head. "No. It's one of the benefits of being a resident of Hawks Landing. Added on to that you have to be bitten remember. The healing properties here in the forest are very up to the task." He said and turned around to see Angus in a heated battle.

James leaned against his staff as he watched Angus dance around the large man coming in with deadly slicing moves with his knives and the special magic in his gloves and use of his elemental magic of fire and lightning attacks.

The rage on silently for a few moments until Angus finally tired out the large man and brought him to the ground on his back with Angus having his peacemaker in hand.

James and the others walked over to him. Bellatrix was close next to Dago and James leading the way. He came to stand next to Angus.

"Who are you?" He asked.

The man said nothing and lightning came down striking him in the chest. The man cried out holding up his hand.

"Who are you?" James repeated his question.

"I am Lucas Barlock. Alpha to the Warl pack. You are not human. You are a new breed magical being."

James stared at him. "I am the man of the mist. You have invaded my homeland and my alpha has defeated you."

Lucas shook his head looking between Angus and James. "I have no understanding of it. If you are as strong as they say you are. How is he stronger then you are? This is madness. You should have bowed to me after being bitten. You will-"

"SILENCE!" Angus roared and his voice echoed all around Hawks Landing. The ground shook.

"James step back!" Angus ordered.

James immediately obeyed and Angus stepped forward. He glared down at Lucas. "I don't give a damn who you are husk or whatever hell hole you came from. You attacked my son and his friends. We enemies. I'm tired of trash people like you coming in my spot thinking you running shit here. I think it's time I got back into spell craft."

There was silence that followed Angus' words. Power. A silent hush of it was it in atmosphere around him as his body took on a fiery golden glow. James leaned on his staff smiling down at the Lucas as the older man shook from the knowledge of where all that power was coming from.

Dago whistle. "This feeling like he's making a good one mate."

James nodded as the hair on his neck stood up. "You got that one right, bro. I'm thinking maybe some type of"

Angus' peacemaker glowed gold for second as purple black energy vibrated with energy from the nose of the pistol. He smiled. "Expell- dianomus Sanitarium!"

A beam of purple and black flames hit the man taking consuming him and he disappeared. James whistled a high note short song as he felt a shift in the magic in Hawks Landing and shockwaves that were sent out all around them. He nodded his head and turned to Angus. "Nice combination, dad. What the hell does it do?"

Angus holstered his peacemaker in his gunbelt. "It expels enemies from a private sanctuary and residence in a painful and blunt manner. Now. To more important questions." He said turning to Bellatrix. "Bellatrix. Who was that man and what did he want with you?"

Bellatrix frowned shaking her head. "He didn't want me. He wanted His highness." She said nodding to me.

"His highness!" Angus said.

Bellatrix nodded. "Yes. It's what the people of the lost temple refer to Mr. Potter as now."

Dago made a face at me. He took a step between us and Bellatrix automatically wrapped her arms around him leaning into his back. "You'll not be taking my girl. You got one of your own."

James smiled and turned to Angus raised an eyebrow. "It's sort of a nickname."

Angus grunted before he turned back to Bellatrix. "So you didn't answer my question. Who was that idiot I just kicked out of my spot?"

Bellatrix flinched at his direct tone. "My. My father. He was the one that sent me here Dragon of the West to use me to meet his Highness."

Dago glared at James. "Did you know?"

James shook his head. "No." He said.

Dago and Angus looked at him. James shook his head. "I didn't know about any of this I've been busy thinking of stuff to create. Wait holy shit. What the hell am I doing here? I forgot something." He said and turned appearing before the weapons smith building. He started for the front door.

Angus appeared behind him. "Son. Wait. I've got to-"

James reached for the door knub and turned it and the door opened inward. He turned to Angus. "Sorry. What was that you had to tell me?"

Angus sighed. "Nothing. Lead the way inside. I'm coming."

James smiled and walked inside to see a one room building stocked with tools hanging on rakes on the wall, a work desk and glowing purple circular forge with dark grey stony chimney at the back of the room.

"This is pretty awesome." Angus said.

James nodded his head in agree. "I agree with you. Dad. Have you ever seen a forge like this one?"

Angus shook his head taking off his jacket and grabbing a leather apron. "I have not but it's still not as an impressive as the Dwarf forges in the highland mountains. Do you still trust having Bellatrix around your friend."

James grimaced as he studied the forge and he nodded his head. "Yes without question."

Angus froze as he tied his apron around his waist. "Say that again."

James nodded. "Yes without question. I trust her." He said.

"James you don't know her. How can you be so sure about it?" Angus said.

James let go his staff and stood straight up at attention. He got down on the floor and examined the forge. "I know Dago. I know her through Dago. She's his woman."

Angus nodded and folded his arms across his chest. "What you doing?"

"I'm just getting a good look at the Forge. It's nothing like anything I have researched before. Say dad?"

Angus smiled. "You want to learn how to make magical items with it." He asked.

"Yeah. I do." James said frowning at the forge. "I'm going have to get mother and Dago in here to check this thing out. I can't wait to see what type of items we can start making with it." He said with a smile.
