[My Venom, Not a Parasite]
"Can't you eat it too?" Forseti asked.
When he was living in Jotunheim, he had eaten ice bear meat. It tasted like dry wood, so naturally, he didn't want to eat it again.
Venom: "We'll recover faster if you eat it too."
Forseti didn't respond and continued charging at the other frost giants with the Sword of Rivendell. Every time the huge golden figure passed by, it was accompanied by the cries of frost giants.
"Chong!"
Suddenly, a shield flew from nearby, knocking down a frost giant before arcing back to its original direction and being caught by an Asgardian warrior.
The technique was reminiscent of Steve's shield maneuvers, and it immediately caught Forseti's attention. To his surprise, the shield thrower was someone he recognized.
The man was sturdy, his arms particularly thick and muscular, like twisted steel bars—a telltale sign of a blacksmith. This was Brunok, the first blacksmith Forseti had met after arriving in this world, the son of old Hadier.
When Brunnock had left home to join the army, Forseti had helped Hadier take care of him. At that time, Brunok had strong muscles but no combat skills. Forseti had easily defeated him and convinced him to return home.
Unexpectedly, after more than 20 years, Brunok had developed a miraculous skill with a shield, throwing it with precision and power.
Brunok eyed Forseti's golden symbiote warrior form but didn't recognize him and continued wielding his shield.
The battle continued for a while, and as the last ice beast fell, the frost giants began to retreat. The bald elder leading the frost giants disengaged from Hela and also withdrew.
Forseti seized the opportunity and swung the Sword of Rivendell. The Sword of Judgment struck but failed to penetrate the elder's icy armor, though it did cause him to stumble. Forseti then stabbed his sword into the ground, and the Sword of Justice emerged, striking the elder again.
The bald elder, frightened and angry, retaliated with a fast ice needle. Forseti felt sharp pain as cold spread through his body, but within seconds, his pale golden skin wriggled and the wounds began to heal, expelling or absorbing the ice shards.
"It's too cold…" Venom's trembling voice came through.
Though Venom liked the cold, the elder's ice needle had surpassed its tolerance, causing it pain.
Hela took advantage of the situation, chasing the elder. A long sword shot from her hand, forcing the elder to turn and defend himself. At the same time, Mjölnir flew in an arc like a meteor.
"Boom!"
The ice wall the elder hastily conjured shattered. Mjölnir, surrounded by thunder, continued its path, striking the elder and sending him flying into a wall.
The elder, pinned by Mjölnir, tried to get up but was unable to move. Einherjar seized the moment to capture and bind him.
Hela smiled, then looked at Forseti with a strange expression. "You…"
She didn't recognize Forseti's current form but recognized the Floating Cloak and the Sword of Rivendell.
The golden skin wriggled as Venom receded, turning into a lump of mucus and returning to the box.
"Of course, it's me," Forseti said with a laugh.
Hela was surprised. "What was that?"
"A strange symbiotic creature. I provide it with food and holy light, and it helps me fight," Forseti explained.
"A parasite?" Hela frowned.
This seemed to deeply offend Venom, who immediately turned back. Venom emerged from Forseti's hand, forming a head and angrily declaring, "I'm not a parasite, I'm a symbiote from Klyntar! Asgardian, I might be older than you!"
"I know several planets called Klyntar, but which one is yours?" Hela asked.
Venom fell silent, unable to answer.
Forseti had asked Venom about Klyntar's location, but Venom, taken by the Kree, was ignorant of cosmic geography and couldn't pinpoint Kuntar's location.
Forseti spread his hands. "Eddie doesn't know either. Klyntar must be a very remote and special planet."
Venom, regaining its previous bravado, glared at Hela and said in a villainous tone, "Though I can't answer your question, I must stress again, I, Venom, am not a parasite!"
Forseti interjected, "Didn't I change your name? You're Eddie now."
"Hmph." Venom retreated into the round box without further comment.
With the battle over, the camp began cleanup and repairs. After chatting with Hela, Forseti sought out Brunok.
"Forseti?" Brunok said, surprised. "You're in this camp too? Why didn't I see you earlier?"
"The camp is large. Why must you see me?" Forseti replied casually, sitting next to him.
"You're always the brightest on the battlefield," Brunok said.
Forseti coughed, then changed the subject. "Why are you on the battlefield again? Did you run away from home?"
Brunok smiled. "Of course not. I'm strong enough now, and my father didn't stop me."
Forseti nodded and tapped the shield in Brunok's hand. "I saw you earlier. Your shield flew back after you threw it. How did you do it?"
