Silver Hand
**Forging Blueprint: Sulfuron Warhammer**
**Item Level: Level 7**
**Explanation: The Sulfuron Warhammer is the precursor to the legendary artifact Sulfuras, Hand of Ragnaros, the Fire Lord. Defeating Ragnaros in the experience space grants the transformation method to turn Sulfuron into Sulfuras.**
**Main materials: Blazing Core, Heart of Mountains, Dark Iron, Sulfuron Iron Ingot, Arcanite**
The Sulfuron Warhammer, precursor to the Hand of Fire.
Upon seeing this blueprint, Forseti's mind immediately shouted three words: whole one.
But after half a second of excitement, he quickly calmed down.
The Sulfuron Warhammer was the embryo of the Hand of Fire, capable of transforming into the artifact Sulfuras, which was tempting. However, transforming the artifact required defeating Ragnaros, an elemental lord comparable to the peak Surtur, only surpassed by Odin.
Forseti couldn't conceive a way to defeat Ragnaros.
A direct duel was out of the question; he needed assistance.
Currently, the only help Forseti could seek in the experience space was Brian Bronzebeard and random reinforcements summoned by Lorewalker Zhou Zhuo.
While Brian was formidable, compared to an elemental lord like Ragnaros, he was vastly outmatched and would likely perish in vain.
Zhou Zhuo's reinforcements were sharper. They had appeared for Fording and Malfurion, top heroes of Azeroth. They could perhaps hold their own against Ragnaros briefly but wouldn't defeat him.
Could Zhou Zhuo, a portly man, possibly call upon beings like the astral mage, guardian dragon, or Pantheon Titan? Forseti wondered.
Regarding materials, crafting the Sulfuron Warhammer was costly. Black Iron and Heart of the Mountain were manageable, but Arcanite was difficult to acquire, not to mention replacing Aojin with Uru.
The Fiery Core and Sulfuron Iron Ingot were new to Forseti.
However, the latter's thoughts were on something else.
While expensive to craft, the warhammer's power was average, with an item level of seven, akin to his current weapon. Without transforming into an artifact, it wasn't worth crafting.
But defeating Ragnaros was the prerequisite...
Forseti stared at the Sulfuron Warhammer blueprint, furrowing his brow in contemplation. Eventually, he shook his head, deciding to set it aside for now.
Returning his focus, Forseti examined the other rewards: Emperor Thaurissan's Experience Tome and the Hammer of Grace blueprint.
Emperor Dagran Thaurissan, king of the Dark Iron Dwarves and ruler of Blackrock Abyss, was a challenging boss with formidable rage, though only a sixth-level boss. Forseti believed he could challenge him multiple times with his current strength.
The Hammer of Grace, a standard weapon for Paladins, required simpler materials—black iron, golden pearl, purple lotus. Forseti immediately decided to craft one.
Days later, Forseti returned to New Korbin from Nidavellir with the freshly forged Hammer of Grace to find Ander.
"High Lord," Ander greeted.
Initially uncomfortable with the title, the three new Knights had grown accustomed to it over time.
Forseti nodded and conjured the Hammer of Grace with a flourish, as if by magic.
"This is..." Ander stared at the Hammer of Grace, stunned.
"I gave Bill armor, Brunnock swords and shields. This is for you—a Paladin's exclusive warhammer, the Hammer of Grace made in Nidavellir," Forseti said with a smile.
Though Ander remained silent, Forseti sensed his mixed emotions.
With the Silver Hand formed, Forseti hoped the Knights would grow stronger. The trio of Paladins deserved his utmost support.
Accepting the Hammer of Grace, Ander gripped its handle. His expression, complex with guilt and gratitude, softened. "Thank you..."
Forseti patted his shoulder. "The Hammer of Grace amplifies healing spells. Try it, Ander."
"I don't need to try; I can feel its power." Ander's hand glowed with holy light, illuminating the warhammer in a radiant golden aura.
The trio took turns infusing Brunnock with Holy Light, significantly speeding up the process.
In less than ten years, Brunnock gained Light Affinity and became a true Paladin.
With Brunnock's infusion complete, the three Knights of the Silver Hand were equipped—a union now "complete with all internal organs."
This day marked the beginning of the Holy Knights' history.
"Lord, what should our Silver Hand do next?" Brunnock asked, twirling the Dragon Shield.
Forseti smiled. "First, I think we should have a barbecue."
"Agreed," Bill nodded. "Barbecues should become a Silver Hand tradition."
That evening, as they grilled, Brunnock suddenly asked, "Lord, should we establish a headquarters for the Silver Hand? Knights should have their own territory."
Forseti paused, chewing on lamb. "Indeed. However, rather than Asgard, we should consider Midgard. It has vast, unclaimed lands suitable for us."
Asgard's favorable view of Midgard influenced the Korbin, Asgard's vassals.
Ander nodded. "Midgard is a good choice."
Brunnock agreed. "I support it."
Bill added, "As do I."
