[Discussing Marriage]
Forseti stepped into the experience realm, where a chilling wind howled and an icy landscape stretched out before him. In the center stood a grand ice platform—the Frozen Throne—an emblem of the Lich King, Bolvar Fordragon, bound and tortured nearby.
This was Forseti's third trial against the Lich King, Arthas, who sat ominously on his throne, Frostmourne in hand, cloaked in armor that obscured his face like an ancient statue.
Behind Arthas, Tirion Fordring, not summoned by Forseti this time, appeared in a weakened state compared to their previous encounters. No longer wielding Ashbringer, his presence was less formidable.
Reflecting on this, Forseti understood that defeating Arthas required more than just his own strength. "Magni Bronzebeard, Shandris Feathermoon," he called upon two allies to join him in confronting Arthas.
"I've long awaited this day... Justice shall be served upon the Lich King!" declared Fordring, gripping his warhammer and fixing his gaze on Arthas.
In response, Arthas retorted with a low, chilling voice, "Has the self-proclaimed justice of the Holy Light finally come to condemn me, Fordring? Should I lay down Frostmourne and seek your forgiveness?"
Fordring remained resolute, "We aim to end you, Arthas. It is the kindest fate for one who has committed such atrocities."
Addressing Magni Bronzebeard, Forseti commanded, "King Bronzebeard, prepare to charge."
"I understand," replied Magni, his expression solemn as he readied his warhammer, voicing in his deep, dwarven tones, "Charging forth is the warrior's duty!"
Forseti then turned to the night elf sentinel, "General Feathermoon, invoke Elune's prayer when Arthas summons his minions."
Thus, the battle ensued.
"I shall freeze your very blood and flesh!" Arthas proclaimed, Frostmourne releasing a frigid blast that encased Forseti, Fordring, and Feathermoon in ice, slowing their movements.
Adapting swiftly, Forseti ignited his entire form in fiery flames that took the shape of a phoenix, countering the icy onslaught and allowing them to regain their mobility, albeit at great personal cost.
Amidst this struggle, a radiant holy light emanated from Fordring, causing the ice binding him to crack and shatter, freeing him to rejoin the fray.
Sensing the critical juncture in the battle, Forseti prepared to press their advantage, but hesitated suddenly, withdrawing from the experience realm back to reality.
"What's the matter?" Forseti inquired of Hela.
"Father requests our presence," she replied, adjusting her attire.
"Let's join him for breakfast," Forseti sighed, though reluctant to meet Odin, he rose, changed, and accompanied Hela.
Approximately thirty minutes later, in the Golden Palace's rear garden.
Odin, aged and weathered, strolled through the garden with Frigg by his side, Forseti and Hela following.
At times, Odin would feign independence, shrugging off Frigg's supportive gestures, only for her to extend her hand again after a short interval, seemingly apprehensive he might falter.
This display irked Odin noticeably.
Finally, when Frigg moved to assist him once more, he snapped, "I'm not feeble!"
Frigg maintained her silence, the atmosphere tinged with awkwardness.
After a pause, Odin turned his attention to Forseti, "How is Thor faring?"
"He's settled into school and just completed his first examination," Forseti reported.
By earthly standards, Thor should have commenced elementary education years prior, but being a gods, albeit with human-like frailties, his educational journey had been delayed.
"How did he fare on the test?" Frigg inquired.
"He secured second place in his class," Forseti answered.
Odin's lips curled slightly at the news. Though elementary grades held limited significance, it brought reassurance and pride, given Thor's isolated upbringing.
"Is he facing any bullying?" Odin queried.
"Yes, unfortunately."
"Good," Odin nodded approvingly. "He was too coddled in his youth. A bit of adversity will do him good."
After discussing Thor's human trials for a while, Odin redirected the conversation, "Hela, Forseti, it's time we discussed your marriage."
