Part V
The days passed without problems and the help I offered to the diligent Kina was very little.
Whenever I asked him he told me that he was able to do it.
And so the exam was delivered, punctually completed by Kina and me.
Her attitude did not show doubts or insecurities, so I can trust her efforts.
From what I could tell from my classmates, some were also frustrated and others were indifferent.
But I must focus on our results that will be revealed today.
It was Friday and as always, Professor Kaley walked in just as the bell for the start of school rang.
And what was true is that both the tense atmosphere and the pressure of everyone's gaze was what made the difference between a school day like any other, to a day of delivery of exam results.
The silence was overwhelming.
Kaley: Good morning everyone. "Express, as always, a loving smile."
Kaley: Many worked hard to hand in their exams as well as possible and there was no failure this time.
Now that I remember, this institute is known for being strict with the exams and education of young people.
It is not for nothing that it has prestige at the national level; and for its ability to make you a candidate for many opportunities within the country, as well as a foreign exchange student.
If you are brave enough, with a scholarship you could study anything abroad and have a promising future.
Few institutions have that right within Velenques, and therefore, those that are within the special category like this one are in high demand.
Kaley: I want to congratulate everyone for the good work, both for the writing side, the research, and as well as the analytical theory; because its results were impressive.
The entire class rose up in shouts of celebration and joy.
Certainly the atmosphere changed to one that was relaxed and blissful.
Kaley: It was decided that three outstanding couples will be named in each class of the 4th year, among the best grades.
Kaley: I'll start from third to first, followed by your highest grade within the class.
Position #3
Group 4-G2 – [Kathy. Andrea] = 85 points.
The women looked proudly at Andrea and jumped for joy.
The majority of the class applauded honestly.
Kaley: As expected of Andre and Kathy, being in the top grade of 85 points is admirable for the class average.
Kaley: Kathy was the student writer and Andrea was the researcher. Both roles are important, but that of researcher is critical, because in this role lies the responsibility, analysis, theory and logical structure of the matter.
Kaley: As you well know if the researcher is of low skill, no matter how well written the manuscript is, it will be a mediocre result.
Kaley: Now, do both students have any special words to share?
Andrea: None specific, we made an effort and completed the exam with some ease.
Kaley: You can tell that, the class average is between 70 and 80, so being within their range is notable.
Kaley: Now the next couple will come and give them a big round of applause.
Position #2
Group 4-G3 – [Goether. Niko] = 87 points.
I am well aware of Guffy's ability, he is smart and won't be able to hide it from me.
The men were now the ones who applauded loudly, demonstrating male superiority.
Kaley: Niko was the student writer and Goether was the student researcher.
Kaley: Do you have any special words for the exam?
Niko: N-no. Answers shyly"
She reminds me of Kina, it seems like they share something in common.
Guffy: We tried hard and I appreciate the strong support of Niko, who demonstrated skill equally.
Kaley: The class average was admirable and modest, remember next time to strive to improve yourself.
Kaley: Our class has stronger points than the other senior classes, but they still have weaknesses. So don't worry about not being in the upper 80% average for the fourth year; They are still within the school ranking.
It seems that the weakness of class 4-A is these types of categories, but it does not mean that they do not continue to compete with the other grades in the overall student score.
Kaley: Now comes first place.
The teacher said nothing for a moment as she looked at the notes in her hand.
Ibrahim: Did something happen, Professor Kaley?
Kaley: Oh? N-nothing especially, it's just that, it seems like the first place is kind of disturbing. "I stutter a little"
Ibrahim: Is that so? Although now that I think about it, the second place score was a record that had never been seen within the class.
Kaley: Well, yeah. Class 4-A has not reached a level of 90 in the area 'logistics analysis and theory', but the first place has a new achievement within the school.
Position #1
Group 4-G2 – [Mikael. Kina] = 100 points.
The entire class screamed but not with joy, but with bewilderment and amazement.
Andrea: Impossible! "He screamed as he stood up and hit the table from his seat."
Ibrahim: What is that, Professor Kaley?
Junie: No one has gotten such a result within the school.
Right now the room is in an uproar.
Kina was shrugging her shoulders looking at me for an answer.
Guffy simply smiled at the result on the blackboard on the wall.
While everyone was talking at the same time and the teacher was trying to calm the situation, I gave a quick, slight smile of disbelief.
I didn't believe something like that would happen.
Kaley: First, let's hear what the student couple will say.
Kaley: Kina was the student writer, and Mikael was the researcher.
Kaley: Do you have any words to share about the exam?
Everyone's gaze was immediately fixed on me, even before Professor Kaley finished speaking.
As if they already knew that Kina could not have achieved that result alone.
I guess it's my time to say what happened.
Mikael: Well, I just investigated and Kina was the one who ordered the information; and also worked on logic and analysis.
Kaley: Is that so Kina?
Kina: Y-yes.
Joy: If you had so much potential like that, why didn't you show it earlier?
Kina: I just worked in good synchrony with Mikael, and that was the result.
Joy: I see.
When he answered that, he looked at me for a moment and continued looking at the blackboard on the wall.
Unlike the applause and smiles of the previous results, ours was received with confusion and silence.
Kaley: Well, whatever the result, or whether a genius duo has been born, it has had an impact on the class and its student results.
Kaley: Now then, I will announce the results of the fourth year classes.
Position #1 – 4-A = Mikael. Kina | 100 points.
Position #2 – 4-B = Kysei. Alya | 92 points.
Position#3 – 4-D = Lion. Abella | 90.5 points.
Position #4 – 4-C = Gilgamesh. Byuyin | 90 points.
