Chapter 16: Don't Forget, I'm an Uchiha

"Boom! Boom! Boom!" The continuous explosions echoed across the plains as Raiga's Hidden Mist Technique was completely illuminated by the orange-red flames. Although the intense heat thickened the mist, it became unbearable for anyone within it. Unable to withstand the relentless bombardment, Raiga emerged from the fiery mist, looking rather disheveled.

He had fused his dual swords, enveloping himself in Lightning Release chakra to shield against the flames. Yet, staying in the mist was no longer viable; the environment left him unable to counterattack effectively.

"Damn it!" Raiga cursed under his breath, recalling how the sky ninjas were decimated by the Leaf Village's anti-air capabilities during the Second Shinobi World War. The Aburame clan's insects had crippled the sky ninjas' flight devices, leading to their downfall.

Raiga did have anti-air techniques, but he hadn't had a chance to use them, being suppressed by Yuhara's fire jutsus. The fiery mist left him with no place to hide, risking burns or suffocation if he stayed.

"Oh, the rat's out?" Yuhara floated in the air, smiling at Raiga's predicament, though his hands never stopped moving. Holding the aerial advantage and seeing no significant anti-air response from Raiga, Yuhara pressed his advantage.

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu!" With his hand seals completed, a massive fireball shot toward Raiga.

"Hmph!" Raiga snorted, dodging the fireball with a swift leap. Without the mist's cover but with more open space, Raiga moved more freely. As Yuhara prepared for another attack, Raiga seized the moment to counter.

"Lightning Release: Lightning Fang!" Raiga crossed his dual swords, sending a surge of lightning chakra toward Yuhara.

Seeing the violent lightning chakra approach, Yuhara deftly maneuvered his body with his chakra, evading while forming hand seals.

"Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu!" This time, Yuhara unleashed three fire dragons from different angles, all roaring toward Raiga.

"Boom! Boom! Boom!" The explosions and spreading flames obscured the area, but Raiga once again dodged skillfully, leaving Yuhara slightly unsatisfied.

Though Yuhara held air superiority and forced Raiga to keep dodging, his attacks felt excessive for such a small, agile target. On a battlefield, this tactic would be devastating, but against a single opponent, it seemed inefficient.

"At least he won't use the Hidden Mist Technique again. But I should replenish my fire techniques after this," Yuhara thought as he descended. Continuing the aerial bombardment would strain his chakra reserves, and his primary goal was to avoid the mist.

Upon landing, Yuhara quickly drew several kunai. At that moment, a lightning dragon, spinning wildly, charged at him. Recognizing the Lightning Release: Lightning Dragon Tornado, Yuhara threw his kunai and used the Body Flicker Technique to evade.

The lightning dragon tore through the ground, dispersing the lingering flames and creating more space for Raiga, who swiftly closed in on Yuhara.

"Die!" Raiga roared, his dual swords crackling with lightning chakra as he thrust them toward Yuhara.

"Clang!" Yuhara's Sharingan spun as he precisely parried Raiga's swords with his kunai. The clash of metal echoed, but Raiga smirked as lightning chakra surged through the kunai, shocking Yuhara's body.

"Didn't you know kunai conduct electricity?" Raiga taunted, but his smirk faded as Yuhara transformed into smoke, leaving only kunai behind.

"A shadow clone? When?" Raiga muttered.

"Did you think I wouldn't know?" Yuhara's voice came from another direction, followed by the sound of metal clashing and kunai whistling through the air.

Raiga leaped backward, recognizing the Uchiha's signature shuriken technique. "Clang! Clang! Clang!" The kunai landed around him, narrowly missing.

"You've already lost, Raiga," Yuhara said, emerging from the shadows with his Sharingan glowing ominously.

"I lost?" Raiga sneered. "You're just a brat who talks big!"

"You'll see soon enough," Yuhara replied, starting to form hand seals. Raiga saw an opening and moved to attack but suddenly felt a sharp pain and found himself unable to move.

Looking down, he noticed fine, nearly invisible wires binding his body, anchored to the kunai scattered around. "You…" Raiga struggled, realizing the trap.

"Don't forget, I'm an Uchiha!" Yuhara declared. With a surge of chakra, his jutsu was complete.

"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Jutsu!"
