Katherine glanced at Kieran, who was now speaking to Alex, the head of the warriors he had left behind in the pack. She couldn't help but wonder to what length his powers were.</p>

<p>Kieran turned to look at her as though sensing her eyes on him, his eyebrows furrowed slightly, his eyes taking in her body. He looked at the man, Alex again. "Take her inside, will you? I'm sure the journey was a tiring one," he ordered.</p>
