How About Brunch?

Jude swallowed his emotions and walked up to the two his shoulders shrugged nonchalantly different from his fear stricken face earlier.

"I have another place we can check" said Jude.

"Where?"

"The club" he replied.

Winter raised a brow. The sheer power emanating from Nyron's wings can scare people making it hard for someone to follow them. He managed to know about the club, Winter smirked and she only has one thought.

'he is very good'

"Mm" she nodded" will check it out tonight"

"Can I come?" Tobias asked eagerly. He had heard about the exclusive club from Winter and regretted he didn't follow her when she was leaving.

"Sure" Winter nodded.

As they walked closer to the next class they heard excited squeals from the it. They walked to a large open space behind the class building. This is where the next lecture would take place like they have been informed earlier. They were taken aback with the crowd, and looking further down they could see the reason for the squeals. A group of seniors had stayed aside just casually lazing and chatting.

Winter's recognized them and casually lifted her eyes away from the group.

"Okay class your attention" The teacher a short built man said his voice echoing loudly to the thousands of people with no help of any amplifier.

"Good morning teacher" the students greeted politely. After the dean and the boards the teachers come next in the school ranking.

"Am Jake Robinson, Mr Robinson to you.

So everyone for the next year this class has only one topic, mastering your foundation and I got help cause I can't possibly get to all of you different creatures so all the final year seniors are here to assist me. They will choose people among you to tutor and all you need is to show your creature head your improvement each week, they will report to me and I will grade you"

Mr Robinson said happily. He is the luckiest teacher, with this subject the school allows even orders help from the final year all he had to do is teach the stubborn ones.

"So everyone partner up" Mr Robinson went away happily with a light skip in his steps.

Almost everyone rushed to the group of seniors standing idly earlier. The most popular and strongest group of students almost everyone wants to be tutored by them. Another fact was that this groups has the most devilish looks, all of them looking exquisite and a separated look.

The remaining seniors"..."

"Tch" he clicked his tongue " am never fast enough" he said seeing the massive crowd in the group he was also eyeing. He dragged Winter and Jude to the remaining seniors but stopped abruptly seeing the people in front of him.

"Hello" Harry waved happily " I didn't get the pleasure of getting to know you" he grabbed Winter's hand happily.

"Who?" Winter asked knowing his multiple personalities.

"Harry" he replied.

"Nice to meet you Harry" Winter said coolly and shrugged out of his hold.

"Hey babe" Claire smiled with a wink.

Winter nodded, that's right, this girl is still pursuing her.

Nisha nodded at Winter calmly different from the earlier enthusiasm but her eyes is filled with excitement. Tobi patted her shoulder and smiled.

" I hope my hand doesn't get chopped off" he joked.

"Why are you always everywhere?" Nyron said disdainfully. They are still enemies in public.

Winter just glance at him and turned away.

Nyron frowned a bit and just brush it off.

'maybe it's that time of the month'

Harry choked all of a sudden and patted his chest. He turned his red eyes to Nyron and shook his head.

'get out of my head...both of you' Nyron thought and gave a subtle glance at the person that hadn't spoken up since.

The man just stood quietly his eyes blinking and chest rising faintly to confirm he is still alive. His quiet gaze is fixated on Winter who like him too just stood calmly listening to the conversations and murmurs around her. This two were too alike!

Winter felt the stubborn gaze on her and turned her head to meet the playful eyes head on. They held the gaze, one cool and calm, the other mischievous and playful. In the end Winter lost again and moved her eyes.

"Why are you here?" Winter asked. No false pleasantries can fool her, they were here for something.

The group fell into am awkward silence just quietly glancing at each other or rubbing the back of their necks.

"What do you mean?" Tobi chuckled nervously feeling the pain of the hard rub he is doing on his neck.

Winter didn't talk just stared at him her expression seemingly saying..do you think am a fool?

"Please can I tutor you?" Harry was the first to crack, jumping on Winter with big and watery eyes.

Winter"???"

"Anyone that tutors any of the boards kids can not tutor any other kid, I don't want to be with those wolves?" Harry explained.

Winter signed tiredly " I don't need tutoring, you know"

The place fell into the second awkward silence. She doesn't need tutoring, it doesn't mean she is bragging.

"But..but..but.." Harry choked with words " you attend the school so that means you are a normal student that means you must be tutored"

What he said did make sense.

"Please pretty big sister" A four year old girl voice sounded particularly sweet and coquettish.

Tobias shivered slightly hearing the change while Jude looked calm, he had heard about this before.

"Okay you can tutor me" Winter nodded rubbing his hair. He would be basically doing nothing.

"Excuse me" Jude interrupted " The dean said she can only be tutored by the school topper"

"You are lying!" Harry pointed at him, his voice sounded a bit off.

Jude's mouth twitched" The teacher will announce it now"

True to his words the teacher announced it, briefly looking over to their group before hurriedly moving away.

Harry burst into tears and Tobi jumped in to coax 'him' in the end he chose Jude as his student. While the rest went away to coax the remaining.

"Too bad you are stuck with him. I would have taught you a great lesson" Claire said before leaving.

Winter turned to look at the living statue beside her.

"How about brunch?" His eyes raised into half moons.
